Abstract: A resource indication method and an apparatus are provided, to increase a data reception success rate of a terminal. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal, first indication information from a base station, where the first indication information is used to indicate a resource configuration for a downlink data transmission, the resource configuration includes a time scheduling unit aggregation level and a time domain location in a single time scheduling unit, and the aggregation level represents a quantity of time scheduling units included in a resource for the downlink data transmission; and determining, by the terminal, that a time domain resource in the single time scheduling unit is valid for each time scheduling unit of one or more time scheduling unit a quantity of which is represented by the aggregation level, and receiving the downlink data transmission accordingly.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for processing an enhanced physical downlink control channel (EPDCCH), a network-side device, and a user equipment. The method includes: notifying a user equipment (UE) of M physical resource block (PRB) sets used for EPDCCH transmission and N reference signal (RS) configurations used for EPDCCH downlink control information (DCI) rate matching and/or EPDCCH resource mapping, and notifying the UE of correspondence between the M PRB sets and the N RS configurations, where N is a positive integer greater than 1, and M is a positive integer; and performing the EPDCCH DCI rate matching and/or the EPDCCH resource mapping according to the correspondence between the M PRB sets and the N RS configurations.

Abstract: A timing advance determining method and a device are provided. Abstract: Devices and methods are provided that include transmitting or receiving data and control signals over an air interface on a plurality of bandwidth part (BWP) groups (BWGs) of a carrier, wherein each BWG comprises a plurality of BWPs and each BWP is a set of contiguous resource blocks (RBs). The control signals are transmitted or received on an active BWP of at least one of the BWGs and the data signals are transmitted or received on active BWPs of at least two of the BWGs. Devices and methods are also provided that include transmitting or receiving data and control signals over an air interface on a plurality of active BWPs of a carrier, wherein each active BWP is a set of contiguous RBs, wherein control signals are transmitted or received on at most one active BWP at a time.

In the embodiments of the present application, a transmission time interval of the physical downlink data channel can be reduced.
