Abstract: An optical module is provided. The optical module includes a first optical element driving mechanism. The first optical element driving mechanism includes a first movable portion, a first fixed portion, and a first driving assembly. The first movable portion connects an optical path adjustment element. The optical path adjustment element is configured to change a transmission direction of incident light to a first direction that is different from the transmission direction. The first fixed potion is polygonal when viewed in the transmission direction. The first movable portion is movable relative to the first fixed portion. The first driving assembly drives the first movable portion to move relative to the first fixed portion. The first driving assembly comprises a shape memory alloy. The driving assembly is configured to force the movable portion to move relative to the fixed portion. The movable portion is movable relative to the fixed portion via the guiding assembly. When viewed in a first direction that is perpendicular to the base surface, the optical axis does not overlap the driving assembly, and the optical axis does not overlap the guiding assembly.

Abstract: A multiple-lens camera system is provided, including a first lens driving module, a second lens driving module, and a shielding member. The first and second lens driving modules respectively include a frame, a lens holder movably disposed in the frame for holding a lens, a magnetic element disposed on a side of the lens holder and a driving board, wherein the driving board has a first coil corresponding to the magnetic element, to generate a magnetic force for moving the lens holder and the lens relative to the driving board. The shielding member is disposed in the first lens driving module and between the two magnetic elements of the first and second lens driving modules which are adjacent to each other, to suppress magnetic interference between the first and second lens driving modules.

Abstract: A camera system including a telephoto lens module is provided. The telephoto lens module includes a first image sensor, a first assembly, and a second assembly. The first assembly includes a first driving mechanism and a reflecting member connected to the first driving mechanism. The first driving mechanism is configured to drive the reflecting member to rotate around a first axis and a second axis. The second assembly is disposed between the first assembly and the first image sensor, including a second driving mechanism and a first lens. The second driving mechanism is configured to drive the first lens to move along a third axis. The first, second, and third axes are not parallel to each other. When light enters the telephoto lens along the first axis, light is reflected by the reflecting member and through the first lens along the third axis to the first image sensor.

Abstract: A lens driving device is provided, including a base, a holder, a first driving mechanism disposed on the first side of the base, a second driving mechanism disposed on the second side of the base opposite the first side, and a conductive member disposed on the base. The holder is configured to sustain a lens. The first driving mechanism is configured to force the holder to move along the optical axis of the lens. The second driving mechanism includes a circuit board assembly and a shape memory alloy (SMA) wire assembly configured to force the base to move in the plane perpendicular to the optical axis. The conductive member and the circuit board assembly are connected at an electrical connection point, and the SMA wire assembly is closer to the light-incident end of the lens with respect to the electrical connection point.
