    Abstract: In general, this disclosure describes media stream transmission techniques for a computing device. The computing device may capture an image of a local background environment. The computing device may record a first media stream that includes at least a portion of the image of the background environment and at least one movement of at least one object through the background environment. The computing device may remove the image of the background environment from the first media stream to create a second media stream that includes the movement of the object without the image of the background environment. The computing device may determine a bandwidth of a network over which the second media stream will be transmitted and perform further alterations to the second media stream if the current bandwidth is less than a bandwidth threshold level in order to reduce the bandwidth needed to transmit the second media stream.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprise a computing device, which allows in-network and network-border protection for Internet of things (IoT) devices by securely partitioning network space and defining service-based access to IoT devices. The disclosed segmented attack prevention system for IoT networks (SAPSIN) segments the IoT network into two virtual networks: a service network and a control network; and define access control rules for each virtual network. In the service network, SAPSIN utilizes a service-based approach to control device access, allowing only configured protocol, applications, network ports, or address groups to enter or exit the network. In control network, The SAPSIN provides the access control rules by defining a threshold for the number of configuration requests within a predetermined time. As a result, SAPSIN protects IoT devices against intrusion and misuse, without the need for device-specific software or device-specific security hardening.

    Abstract: An illustrative system may comprise a plurality of distributed network nodes hosting a two-dimensional distributed digital ledger. The distributed digital ledger may have a plurality of chains of digital blocks in the two-dimensions, wherein each chain may be associated with a particular functionality (e.g., a first set of integrated circuit processes) and a corresponding level of security. For example, a first chain in the first direction may contain digital blocks containing code differentials of the hardware description language code forming the integrated circuit design. A second chain in a second direction may contain digital blocks containing simulation data records generated during the simulation of the integrated circuit design. The first chain and the second chain may be based upon different cryptographic protocols and therefore may be cryptographically separate from each other.

    Abstract: A method of routing a packet from a routing device includes receiving a first packet having a first header and a first data field. The first header has a final destination corresponding to a destination device communicatively coupled to the routing device via at least two parallel network links. A second packet having a second header and a second data field is sent over the first network link. The second data field is identical to the first data field. A destination address in the second header corresponds to a device on a first of the parallel network links. A third packet having a third header and a third data field is sent over the second network link. The third data field is identical to the first data field. a destination address in the third header corresponds to a device on a second of the parallel network links.

    Abstract: A method of routing an Internet Protocol (IP) packet from a routing device is provided. The method includes receiving a first IP packet having a first IP header and a first IP data field, the first IP packet having a final destination corresponding to a destination device communicatively coupled to the routing device via a network route including at least two hops between the routing device and the final destination. A second IP packet having a second IP header and a second IP data field is generated. The second IP data field is a copy of the first IP data field, and a destination IP address field in the second IP header includes an IP address of a next hop on the network route. The second IP packet does not include an IP address of the final destination in the second IP header.

    Abstract: An advisor system includes a computer-readable storage medium having encoded thereon a program of instructions. Execution of the instructions causes a processor to determine a current state of a first aircraft operating on a movement area of an airport including determining a path vector for the first aircraft. The path vector includes a speed and direction of travel of the first aircraft and identification of a runway intersection the first aircraft is projected to enter. The processor processes a surveillance signal transmitted from a second aircraft operating on the movement area, including determining a quality of the surveillance signal. The processor further determines a movement vector of the second aircraft, and compares the path vector and the movement vector to identify possible interference. Finally, the processor provides an advisory at the first aircraft based on the compared path vector and the movement vector.
