    Abstract: Measurement accuracy in sports is improved. A wrist terminal includes a measurement information acquiring unit, a reference atmospheric pressure setting unit, and a state determining unit. The reference atmospheric pressure setting unit sets a reference atmospheric pressure. The state determining unit determines that the wrist terminal is located over water when a difference between the reference atmospheric pressure and a current atmospheric pressure after starting sports is within a predetermined atmospheric pressure range and the wrist terminal is located under water when the difference is outside the predetermined atmospheric pressure range. The measurement information acquiring unit 51 performs predetermined measurement on the basis of the determination result from the state determining unit 54.

    Abstract: A hand driving device includes first to third stepping motors, a driving circuit, a magnetic sensor, and at least one processor. The first to third stepping motors move hands. The driving circuit drives the first to third stepping motors. The processor controls a magnetic sensor, based on movement of the first to third stepping motors, determines whether or not the driving circuit has rotated the stepping motors while the magnetic sensor does not perform measurement, and, when determining that the motors have not rotated, makes the magnetic sensor start measurement.

    Abstract: A printer includes a print head and a processor. The print head ejects ink from nozzles to a printing medium while moving in a first direction, and also moves in a second direction intersecting with the first direction by a moving amount that is a dimension in the second direction of each of blocks into which the nozzles are divided in the second direction. Based on a position of the printing medium and the dimension, the processor determines whether to perform printing in a first mode or a second mode. A printing start position in the second direction of the print head is set such that a position in the second direction of one of boundaries between mutually adjacent blocks coincides, in the first mode, with a position of a back end of a printing region, and in the second mode, with a position of a front end of the printing region.

    Abstract: The present invention aims to make it possible to detect deterioration of a housing of a projection apparatus and to notify a user of the deterioration of the housing. A projection apparatus includes at least one processor and an acceleration sensor which detects an inclination of the projection apparatus, in which the processor performs the processes of acquiring a difference between i) a first detection value which is detected by the acceleration sensor in a case where the projection apparatus is installed on an installation surface and ii) a second value which is detected by the acceleration sensor at a time which comes after the installation of the projection apparatus with the projection apparatus on the installation surface, and in a case where the difference becomes more than a threshold value, controlling to notify a warning at a predetermined timing by functioning as a notification unit or to stop functions of the projection apparatus.

    Abstract: The present invention aims to make it possible to detect deterioration of a housing of a projection apparatus and to notify a user of the deterioration of the housing.
    The projection apparatus includes a projected image processing unit which registers a deformation parameter as an initial value in a case where the deformation parameter for a projected image is set as an initial setting to be made at the time of installation of the projection apparatus as a registration control unit. In a case where the deformation parameter for the projected image is adjusted by a user operation after the initial setting is made, the projected image processing unit decides whether an adjustment degree that the deformation parameter is adjusted from the initial value reaches a predetermined threshold value as a decision unit. In addition, in a case where the adjustment degree reaches the predetermined threshold value, the projected image processing unit gives a warning to the user at a predetermined timing as a notification control unit.
