    Abstract: Systems and methods are configured for receiving configuration data specifying a mapping for physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) or physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) resource blocks to respective candidate physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) resource blocks, the mapping specifying, for a PSSCH or PSCCH transmission, a set of candidate PSFCH resource blocks, the set of candidate PSFCH resource blocks including a common interlace resource block and a set of dedicated resource blocks for PSFCH transmissions; transmitting the PSSCH or PSCCH transmission; and receiving, based on the mapping, a PSFCH transmission from a user equipment (UE), the PSFCH transmission being transmitted using a PSFCH resource block of the set of candidate PSFCH resource blocks.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to techniques for time division multiplexing sounding reference signal ports in a wireless communication system. A wireless device and a cellular base station may establish a wireless link. The wireless device may be configured to perform a sounding reference signal transmission with time division multiplexing sounding reference signal ports. A maximum transmit power for the wireless device for the sounding reference signal transmission may be determined based at least in part on the time division multiplexing sounding reference signal ports. A transmit power may be selected for the sounding reference signal transmission based at least in part on the maximum transmit power for the wireless device for the sounding reference signal transmission. The sounding reference signal transmission may be performed using the selected transmit power.

    Abstract: A method for performing a contention-free random access (CFRA) in a lower-layer triggered mobility (LTM) procedure from a serving cell to a target candidate cell is provided. The method includes determining, by a user equipment (UE), that random access response (RAR) reception is not configured for the UE. The method includes receiving, by the UE, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) order for transmitting a physical random access channel (PRACH) signal to the target candidate cell. The method includes determining, by the UE and based on the PDCCH order, a transmission power for transmitting the PRACH signal.
