The UE may determine that a transport block (TB) in the second PDSCH is re-transmission of a TB in the first PDSCH, based on that the first DCI and the second DCI indicates a same hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier (ID), and the first DCI and the second DCI indicates a same new data indicator (NDI) value, even if the first TCI value associated with the first PDSCH is different from the second TCI value associated with the second PDSCH.
