    Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and specifically, to a method and a device therefor, the method comprising the steps of: repeatedly receiving a PDCCH including scheduling information, wherein the scheduling information includes time delay information; and repeatedly transmitting a PUSCH indicated by the scheduling information, after a time point indicated by the time delay information from the time point when the repeated receiving of the PDCCH ends, wherein a time resource in a time region includes a fixed DL time unit having a transmission direction fixed to a DL, and a time resource includes a fixed uplink (UL) time unit having a transmission direction fixed to a UL, and a floating time unit having a variable transmission direction, and the time point indicated by the time delay information is calculated on the basis of the fixed UL time unit.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for performing, by a terminal, a random access process in a wireless communication system supporting first and second preamble formats, and an apparatus therefor. Particularly, the present invention relates to a method comprising: a step of receiving narrowband physical random access channel (NPRACH) configuration information; and a step of transmitting a random access preamble on the basis of a preamble format indicated by the NPRACH configuration information of the first and second preamble formats, wherein the length of one symbol of the second preamble format corresponds to three times the length of one symbol of the first preamble format, and the first preamble format has a frequency grid spacing of 3.75 kHz, and the second preamble format has a frequency grid spacing of 1.25 kHz, and to an apparatus therefor.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method for transmitting a random access preamble in a wireless communication system supporting a narrowband-Internet of things (NB-IoT) and an apparatus therefor. Specifically, the method performed by the terminal may include: receiving, from a base station, first configuration information for a first random access preamble and second configuration information for a second random access preamble; transmitting, to the base station, the first random access preamble by using the first configuration information; and transmitting, to the base station, the second random access preamble based on the second configuration information, when transmission of the first random access preamble satisfies a predetermined criterion, in which any one of the first random access preamble and the second random access preamble may be generated based on a sequence in which all elements are not configured to 1.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for receiving a downlink signal and an apparatus therefor. Specifically, the method for receiving a downlink signal comprises the steps of: receiving first time offset information and second time offset information from a base station, wherein the first time offset information and the second time offset information each indicate the time offset between the reception time of a specific signal and the reception time of a specific channel associated with the specific signal, and the first time offset information is set to have a length shorter than that of the second time offset information; and monitoring the specific signal at a time position determined on the basis of one of the first time offset information and the second time offset information, wherein the one offset information is determined on the basis of the capability of a user device.
