摘要: A conductive spring plate fixing element is used to limit a live wire spring plate and a live wire conductive plate from contacting with each other, as well as a neutral wire spring plate and a neutral wire conductive plate from contacting with each other. The width of the limited part of the live wire spring plate is T1, the width of the limited part of the neutral wire spring plate is T2, and the live wire spring plate is separated from the neutral wire spring plate by an insulation distance L. The conductive spring plate fixing element includes a first limiting end and a second limiting end; whereas, the distance between the first limiting end and the second limiting end, M, is equal to T1+T2+L.

摘要: An insulative fixing plate damaged when overheating limits two conductive elements from contacting with each other, forming a closed path, when overheating, opening two conductive elements by an elastic force to form an open circuit. Each conductive element has a groove concaved in from an edge, and the groove has a groove width. The insulative fixing plate includes a connecting element and two limiting elements combined at two ends of the connecting element. Each limiting element has a working width larger than the groove width, and a holding space between the two limiting elements contains the two conductive elements, thereby abutting the two limiting elements at an external side of the conductive element respectively and limiting the two conductive elements from contacting with each other. The connecting element is damaged when overheating. The insulative fixing plate is used in overheat protection for a plug or a socket.

摘要: An overheating destructive conductive plate safety clip as well as a plug and a socket using that conductive plate safety clip are disclosed. The overheating destructive conductive plate safety clip limits two conductive plates from contacting with each other to form a closed path, and is destructed when overheating, opening the two conductive plates by an elastic force to form an open circuit. The overheating destructive conductive plate safety clip includes a first limiting element, a second limiting element and a connecting element. At least one of the first limiting element, the second limiting element and the connecting element is made of plastic, at least one of the first limiting element and the second limiting element is made of metal, and a destruction part is formed at a place where the plastic material is connected with the metallic material.

摘要: A rocker switch having a sliding and pressing element, comprising a thermal conductive shell and an overheating destructive element. The sliding and pressing element is applied to the rocker switch. The overheating destructive element can be destroyed at a destructive temperature, and the destructive temperature is between 100° C. to 250° C. The thermal conductive shell is pressed against a rocker conductive element of the rocker switch so as to control the rocker conductive element to be electrically connected or electrically disconnected. When the rocker conductive element is electrically connected, and if the overheating destructive element is overheated and destroyed, the rocker conductive element would be electrically disconnected, thereby realizing protection from overheating. The overheating destructive element is tightly adhered to the thermal conductive shell and is capable of completely absorbing a heat energy generated by a circuit, thus giving the element the advantage of high sensitivity.

摘要: An overheating destructive disconnecting method for switch, whereby an operating member applies a first elastic force under normal conditions to enable the movable conductive member contacts a first conductive member and a second conductive member to form a conductive circuit; and a second elastic force to enable the movable conductive member to separate from the first conductive member or the second conductive member. The installation position of the overheating destructive member is used to receive heat energy instead of allowing current to flow thereto. When the overheating destructive member is destructed or deformed under a fail temperature condition, lessening or loss of the force applied by the first elastic force towards the movable conductive member causes the movable conductive member to no longer allow electrical conduction to the first conductive member and the second conductive member, thereby breaking the current-carrying circuit.

摘要: The present invention provides a heat destructive disconnecting switch, which is composed of a first conductive member, a second conductive member, a movable conductive member, an overheating destructive member, an operating component, and a second elastic member. The movable conductive member enables conducting electricity to the first conductive member and the second conductive member. The overheating destructive member butts against a limiting member, which causes a first elastic member to be compressed to between a contact member and the overheating destructive member, thereby providing the first elastic member with a first elastic force and providing the second elastic member with a second elastic force. When the overheating destructive member is destructed due to overheating, the first elastic force is smaller than the second elastic force, which causes the movable conductive member to disconnect the first conductive member from the second conductive member, thereby achieving a protective effect from overheating.
