摘要: A method and apparatus of monitoring computer devices operating on a network is disclosed. One example method may include discovering and monitoring a plurality of network devices operating on a network. The method may include scanning the network to discover various network devices and determining a device type of each of the network devices. The method may also include determining attributes corresponding to each of the network devices, monitoring the attributes corresponding to each of the network devices and compiling a list of attribute information based on the monitoring operation and storing the list of attribute information in a memory. The device discovery and monitoring may be performed autonomously without user intervention allowing computer devices to be discovered and monitored as they are added to the network.

摘要: An example operation may include a system comprising one or more of receiving a heartbeat failure notification in a VNFCI when the VNFCI is in standby state, sending to a Virtual Network Function Manager (VNFM), by an operational state machine, a next state request message, determining if a peer VNFCI is online when an administrative state of the peer VNFCI is online, determining an operational state of the peer VNFCI when the peer VNFCI is online, sending a first next state response message with a standby state to the VNFCI when the peer VNFCI operational state is active, sending a second next state response with an active state to the VNFCI when the peer VNFCI operational state is not active, examining, in the VNFCI, a next state attribute in a received next state response message, staying in a standby state when the next state attribute is standby, and transitioning to active state when the next state attribute is active.

摘要: Some embodiments provide a method for extracting and adapting system configuration. The method extracts a first configuration from a first node of a first hosting system. The first node includes several resources for hosting the first configuration. The method analyzes the first configuration in order to determine attributes of the first configuration. The determined attributes are relevant to hosting the first configuration on a second node of a second hosting system having several nodes. The method generates a second configuration based on the determined attributes. The method hosts the second configuration at the second node of the second hosting system.

摘要: Trend estimation for application-agnostic statistical fault detection of multi-process applications in environments with data trend includes at least one of: a multi-process application runs on a host. Statistical events are collected and sent to a statistical fault detector. The statistical fault detector creates one or more distributions and compares recent statistical event data to historical statistical event data and uses deviation from historical norm for fault detection. Trend is estimated, and if needed, removed from event data prior to the creation of distributions. Trend is estimated using spectral techniques, filter banks and Maximum Entry Spectral Estimation, and dominant frequencies are estimated and utilized to adapt to the environment.

摘要: A user interface configuration may permit a user to make selections while the interface is dynamically adjusting and reconfiguring its layout and appearance for optimized user satisfaction. One example method of operation may include receiving an input command on a first menu displayed on a touch receptive surface of a user device, selecting a menu item responsive to the received at least one input command and receiving an additional input command that is different from the first input command type. The method may also provide identifying the additional input command as a multiple item gesture command, and storing the multiple item gesture command in memory.

摘要: A system, apparatus, and method for thread synchronization is provided. In one embodiment, a network system receives a signal from a first computing machine, and determines whether one or more processes are waiting for the signal. The network system also transmits the signal to one of the one or more processes on the first computing machine or a second computing machine to execute a thread of the process.
