摘要: The present disclosure relates to a backlight module, a display device and a control method thereof. The display device includes a first edge, a second edge, and N display areas. The N display areas are disposed between the first edge and the second edge and are arranged along the first direction; the first edge and the second edge are arranged along the first direction; the method includes: in response to a first control instruction for entering an anti-peeping display mode, controlling the display device to enter the anti-peeping display mode, wherein after the display device enters the anti-peeping display mode, among the display areas disposed between a central axis of the display device and the first edge, brightness of a display area closer to the first edge is lower than brightness of a display area closer to the central axis, and among the display areas disposed between the central axis and the second edge, brightness of a display area closer to the second edge is lower than brightness of a display area closer to the central axis, where the central axis is parallel to the first edge.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a data driving circuit, a driving method thereof, an array substrate, and a display panel. The data driving circuit includes a data driver, a multiplex circuit, and a control circuit. The data driver includes M data output terminals, and each of the data output terminals provides a data signal to L data lines via the multiplex circuit. The multiplex circuit includes M×L switch groups, and each of the switch groups includes N switch tubes and is coupled between one data line and the corresponding data output terminal. Each switch tube is coupled to one of L×N gate control terminals of the control circuit. Each gate control terminal is coupled to M switch tubes that are spaced apart from each other by (L×N×1) switch tubes. In the embodiments, M is an integer, and L and N are integers greater than or equal to 2.

摘要: The present application discloses a thin film transistor. The thin film transistor includes a base substrate; an active layer; an etch stop layer on a side of the active layer distal to the base substrate; and a source electrode and a drain electrode on a side of the etch stop layer distal to the active layer. The active layer includes a channel region, a source electrode contact region, and a drain electrode contact region. An orthographic projection of the etch stop layer on the base substrate surrounds an orthographic projection of the drain electrode contact region on the base substrate. An orthographic projection of the source electrode contact region on the base substrate at least partially peripherally surrounding the orthographic projection of the etch stop layer on the base substrate.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a panel, a manufacturing method for the same, and a terminal. The panel includes: a base substrate; at least one differential signal line group on the base substrate, each including two signal lines; and at least one ground wire group on the base substrate and on the same side of the base substrate as the at least one differential signal line group. The at least one ground wire group is in one-to-one correspondence with the at least one differential signal line group, each ground wire group includes two ground wires, and orthographic projections of the two ground wires in each ground wire group on the base substrate are on two sides of an orthographic projection of a corresponding differential signal line group on the base substrate, respectively.

摘要: A repairing method for an array substrate is provided. The array substrate includes at least one defective signal line, which is a data line or a gate line having a breakpoint. The defective signal line is divided by the breakpoint into a first portion and a second portion. The repairing method includes disconnecting a connection between a first thin film transistor and a data line or a gate line to which the first thin film transistor is connected, the first thin film transistor being a thin film transistor closest to the breakpoint among thin film transistors connected to the first portion; electrically connecting a first terminal of the first thin film transistor to the first portion; and taking a common electrode line segment from a common electrode line to which the first pixel electrode corresponds as a repair line.
