A method and system for determining driving concentration which is capable of analyzing a driver's driving concentration on the basis of variation of a steering angle and driving status information of a vehicle acquired from a front camera sensor. The method includes storing output data of a steering angle sensor and a front camera sensor mounted in a vehicle at a predetermined time interval, calculating a quantitative index include a value for recognizing a vehicle status based on information stored in a storage unit, statistically processing the calculated value to output status information which is an index for determining driving concentration, and comparing the information calculated in the statistically processing to the predetermined reference data and determining the driving concentration according to the comparison result.

An apparatus for transmitting power wirelessly is provided. The apparatus comprises: a dielectric resonator which generates evanescent waves in a predetermined direction in order to transmit power; and a loop antenna which is coupled to a surface of the dielectric resonator and supplies power to the dielectric resonator. The dielectric resonator transmits power by means of evanescent waves generated in directions perpendicular to top and bottom surfaces of the dielectric resonator and by radiation in directions parallel to the top and bottom surfaces of the dielectric resonator. Accordingly, efficient power transmission over short and long distance ranges is possible.

A mobile terminal and a mobile terminal antenna reduce the intensity of electromagnetic waves radiated in the direction of a human body. The mobile terminal antenna includes a radiator, which radiates electromagnetic waves; a ground which is connected with the radiator, and a radiation preventer which has a metallic bar on one side of the ground in parallel with the ground at an interval. Accordingly, the electromagnetic radiation exposure to the human body can be reduced by altering the radiation emission pattern, while the performance of the antenna can be simultaneously enhanced.

An automatic ice maker for saving an ice making time. The automatic ice maker has a U-shaped resonator filled up with an inertia gas, a pair of ice trays attached to both ends of the U-shaped resonator in a reverse direction to each other, a pair of speakers attached to both ends of the U-shaped resonator for compressing and expanding parcels of the inertia gas by applying an acoustic pressure to the U-shaped resonator thereby varying a temperature distribution in the U-shaped resonator, a pair of heat exchangers for transferring an inner temperature of the U-shaped resonator to the ice trays, a reversible motor for driving the U-shaped resonator in a forward or a reverse direction at an angle of 180 degrees, and an electric control unit for sequentially operating the speakers and the reversible motor. The automatic ice maker can be adopted to a refrigerator or other refrigeration system. By the automatic ice maker, the ice making time can be saved and the productivity in making the ice increases.
