摘要： The present invention relates to a rigid plastics-material internal container (12) from a thermoplastic plastics material for a pallet container (10) or a similar large-volume retainer for storing and for transporting liquid or free-flowing filling materials, having a flexible inliner (28) from a thin-walled plastics-material or composite-material film that is inserted into the rigid plastics-material internal container (12).
For filling and removal at the base, the thin-walled inliner (28) at the base side has at least one filling and removal connector (42), said filling and removal connector (42) at the front being fixedly welded into a corresponding filling and removal connector (32) at the base side of the rigid plastics-material internal container (12). For filling from above and removal of the filling material at the base side, the rigid plastics-material internal container (12) and the thin-walled inliner (28) can in each case also be provided with an upper filling connector, wherein in this instance the upper filling connector (44) of the thin-walled inliner (28) is likewise fixedly welded into the filling connector (30) of the rigid plastics-material internal container (12).
The thin-walled inliner (28) that is inserted in the rigid plastics-material internal container (12) in the assembled final state by way of vacuuming bears in a fully planar manner on the internal surface of the rigid plastics-material internal container (12), and in the empty non-filled state as well as in the filled state of the rigid plastics-material internal container (12) adheres in an immovable fixed manner, as if adhesively bonded, on the internal surface, in particular also on the upper base of the internal container.-

摘要： A pallet container for storage and for transport of hazardous liquid or flowable materials includes a thin-walled rigid inner container made from thermoplastic, with a tubular lattice frame surrounding the inner container and having horizontal and vertical tubular rods welded together, and a rectangular base pallet supporting the inner container and connected to the tubular lattice frame. Two parallel rod-shaped crossbars extend across the top, laterally next to the upper filler neck of the cube-shaped inner container, to which the top of the inner container is fastened by means of two holders. The holders are formed in the course of the upper pinch-off seam from the plastic material of the inner container during blow molding. The top of the plastic inner container is fitted with two solid stable crossbar supporting pins which are open at the side and each engage over the two crossbars.

摘要： The present invention relates to a closed-head drum (10) with inserted thin-walled inliner (22) of multilayer plastic film for storing and transporting liquid or free-flowing filling materials. In order to improve the use of liners in closed-head drums, and to facilitate in particular the handling for the users such as the filling and emptying operators, so as to allow the closed-head drum (10) with liner (22) to be handled in precisely the same way as a closed-head drum without a liner, the present invention provides for the liner surface to adhere, or be adhesively bonded in a detachable manner, to the inner wall of the drum by virtue of a vacuum being created in the intermediate air space between the inner wall of the drum and liner surface and by thermal activation by means of hot air injection into the interior of the inliner.

The pallet has a flat pallet top deck for supporting the inner container, and a pallet substructure having four corner feet and four middle feet arranged there between, and a horizontally peripheral bottom ring. The pallet top deck is made of a flat, planar rectangular metal plate which has on each outer side a short downward-facing folded edge extending along the outer sides. The folded edge is pressed by the tubular lattice frame against the corner and middle feet into a folded-edge conforming recess and is fixed such that the metal plate is spanned at its four outer sides linearly on the pallet substructure.

The tubular lattice frame is fastened to the upper outer rim of a bottom pallet having a flat pallet top deck which includes a sheet-metal plate for supporting the inner container and a pallet substructure having four corner feet, four middle feet arranged there between, and a steel-tube base ring that is horizontally peripheral on the bottom side. The pallet substructure has four individual tube sections which extend diagonally directly beneath the metal plate and are each fastened to two adjacent middle feet to form a diamond-shaped supporting frame beneath the bottom plate. The tube sections are connected to base ring in an electrically conductive manner via corresponding screw connections.
