Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a first color sub-pixels and a second color sub-pixel. The display substrate provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure reduces to the extent possible the distance between the light conversion layer and the light-emitting functional layer, so as to improve the conversion efficiency of incident light by the light conversion layer.
