Abstract:
A solar cell unit comprises a cell. The cell includes a cell substrate and a plurality of secondary grid lines disposed on a front surface of the cell substrate. The secondary grid lines comprises an edge secondary grid line adjacent to an edge of the cell substrate and a middle secondary grid line disposed inside of the edge secondary grid line. The secondary grid line comprises a welding portion. At least one welding portion of the edge secondary grid line has a projection area in the cell substrate larger than a welding portion of the middle secondary grid line. The solar cell unit also comprises a plurality of conductive wires spaced apart from each other and welded with the secondary grid lines in the welding portion.
Abstract:
A double-glass photovoltaic cell module includes: a body, where the body includes a first glass layer, a first encapsulation layer, a cell group layer, a second encapsulation layer, and a second glass layer that are sequentially disposed in a laminated manner, where outer edges of the first glass layer and the second glass layer exceed an outer edge of the cell group layer; a reflecting coating provided on the second glass layer; an end part sealing block, disposed between the first glass layer and the second glass layer, and located at peripheries of the first encapsulation layer, the cell group layer, and the second encapsulation layer; a frame, encapsulated at a periphery of the body and having a notch; and a connection box, disposed at the notch.
Abstract:
A power battery assembly may include a battery circuit and a circuit protecting unit. The circuit protecting unit may be connected in series with the battery circuit. The circuit protecting unit may include a relay and a current sensing unit connected in series with the battery circuit. A switching unit is connected with the relay for controlling the switching of the relay, and a controller is connected with the switching unit and to the current sensing unit to control switching on or switching off the switching unit based on comparison of the current value detected by the current sensing unit, and sent to the controller with a first predetermined current value.
