Abstract: The present application discloses an uplink data retransmission method and terminal. The method comprises: a terminal determining whether to spontaneously retransmit first uplink data; and if the terminal determines to spontaneously retransmit the first uplink data, the terminal retransmitting the first uplink data on a physical resource that is pre-configured on a network side. The application adopts the above technical solution to resolve the technical problem in which, for a URLLC service, if a retransmission mechanism is based on a conventional HARQ mechanism, a certain time interval is required between two adjacent transmissions of uplink data, which may result in retransmission being unsupported for a certain time delay requirement and configuration, and as a result a reliability requirement for the URLLC service cannot be met.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink control information. The method comprises: a terminal determines a resource for transmitting uplink control information, wherein the resource comprises a time domain occupation resource and a frequency domain occupation resource, and duration of the time domain occupation resource is less than 1 ms; and then the terminal transmits the uplink control information on the determined resource. In this way, a solution for uplink control information transmission is provided for the shortened TTI, normal feedback of the uplink control information is supported, and the system performance is ensured.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting downlink control information. In the present invention, transmitted downlink control information at least comprises one or more of the following information fields: a first information field used for indicating the frequency domain resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, a second information field used for indicating the time frequency resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, and a third information field used for indicating the scheduled N users. As the resource size occupied by the transmission resources in the frequency domain and/or in the time domain is indicated by means of the downlink control information, transmission of downlink control information can be implemented in flexible resource allocation scenarios having variable transmission time intervals.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of communications, and relates in particular to a downlink control information (DCI) transmission method and device, the DCI transmission method comprising: confirming information used indicating a bit number of a first indication field within DCI, the information comprising high layer signalling configuration information or information for whether to configure an unauthorized member carrier; according to the high layer signalling configuration information or the information for whether to configure an unauthorized member carrier, determining the bit number of the first indication field included in the DCI. The bit number of the first indication field included in the DCI is determined according to high layer signalling configuration or whether an unauthorized member carrier is configured, the bit number of the first indication field within the DCI is thereby set in a reasonable manner according to specific requirements, and a user device and a base station understand a dynamically determined ACK/NACK sequence of feedback information in a consistent manner within different scenarios.
