Abstract: According to an embodiment, a method of allocating a job to a user comprising: receiving an allocation request signal from a terminal of the user; determining job processing information related to a job processed by the user; allocating at least one job among a plurality of jobs to the user based on the job processing information; and transmitting allocation information indicating the allocated at least one job to the terminal in response to the reception of the allocation request signal may be provided. According to an embodiment, a job allocation apparatus for performing the above-described job allocation method may also be provided. According to an embodiment, a computer readable recording medium containing a computer program for performing job allocation method may be provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a computerized method for assigning items to pickers including: determining a priority of an ordered item; inserting the item into an ordered data structure based on the priority of the item; iteratively, for items in the ordered data structure: determining an item physical location corresponding to a first unassigned item in the ordered data structure; determining a plurality of picker physical locations corresponding to locations of user devices of pickers; calculating a plurality of distances between the item physical location and picker physical locations among the plurality of picker physical locations; assigning the first unassigned item by: identifying a closest picker corresponding to a shortest distance of the plurality of distances; selecting the identified picker; correlating the first unassigned item with the selected picker in a data structure; and sending information of the item and physical location to the user device of the picker.

Abstract: Methods and systems for automatic package tracking and prioritized reordering include receiving, through a network interface, information relating to an order, a first package identifier associated with a first package, and event data associated with a plurality of package identifiers that include the first package identifier, the order comprising a first group of items, where the first package is configured to hold the first group of items and is to be delivered to a first recipient within a first predetermined period of time through one or more existing routes; parsing the event data based on the first package identifier; determining whether the first package exists based on the information; and transmitting a signal to a computer system to deliver the first package or to reorder the first package based on the determinations.
