摘要： An optical disc drive including an outer casing, a supporting base, a main shaft motor and a position-limiting element is provided. The outer casing has an optical disc entry. The supporting base is disposed in the outer casing. The main shaft motor is disposed on the supporting base. The position-limiting element has a first pivot portion, a position-limiting part and a second pivot portion located between the first pivot portion and the position-limiting part. The first pivot portion is connected to the supporting base, and the position-limiting element is able to be swung about the second pivot serving as a fulcrum. When the supporting base is located at an upper position, the position-limiting part is located at a first position, and when the supporting base is located at a lower position, the position-limiting part is located at a second position, wherein the first position is under the second position.

摘要： A moving mechanism is provided, including a torsion hinge, a slider, a lock member, and an elastic member disposed on the slider. The torsion hinge has a first plate and a second plate rotatable relative to each other. The lock member is rotatable relative to the first plate, and the slider is movably disposed on the second plate. When the moving mechanism is in a closed state, the lock member is engaged with a slot portion of the second plate, so as to restrict the second plate in a predetermined angle. When the slider slides relative to the second plate to a critical position, the elastic member pushes the lock member to release from the slot portion, such that the second plate is rotatable to an open position.

摘要： A connector assembly includes a circuit board, a housing, terminals, a flexible circuit board and a reinforcement plate. The housing has a depression portion and is disposed on the circuit board. The depression portion has a first opening and a second opening adjacent to the first opening, and the terminals are disposed in the depression portion and electrically connected to the circuit board. The flexible circuit board has a first surface, a second surface and pads disposed on the first surface, and the reinforcement plate is disposed on the second surface near one end of the flexible circuit board, wherein when the flexible circuit board is joined to the housing and the first opening faces to the flexible circuit board, the pads contact the terminals, whereby the flexible circuit board is electrically connected to the circuit board, and the flexible circuit board extends from the housing via the second opening.

摘要： A disk drive includes an insert-and-eject device and a disk guide unit. The insert-and-eject device is used for inserting an optical disk into and ejecting the disk from the disk drive. The disk guide unit includes a rack and a slide member connected operably to the insert-and-eject device in such a manner that reciprocal movement of the disk guide unit along a first direction permits the slide member to drive the insert-and-eject device to insert and eject the optical disk from the disk drive. An emergency release device is mounted on the slide member, and includes a horizontal element movable along a second direction. The rack is formed with a retention groove such that the movement of the horizontal element along the second direction permits a part of the horizontal element extend within or exit the retention groove so as to couple the slide member with the rack or to disengage the slide member from the rack.
