Abstract: Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a measurement reporting method and apparatus. The method comprises: determining, according to a configuration of a network device, a QCL-TypeD parameter and a measurement set when each channel state indication reference signal (CSI-RS) group is used for measurement; and measuring the measurement set on the basis of the QCL-TypeD parameter, and determining N groups of measurement report values, N being a positive integer not less than 1. According to the method provided in the embodiments of the present application, the terminal may report N groups of measurement results when a plurality of TRPs are transmitted by a terminal, which facilitates the network device to provide a suitable multi-TRP related transmission scheme for the terminal according to the measurement report values.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of wireless communication, and provide a signal transmission method and device, which are used to more flexibly indicate the transmission of information when PUSCH uplink transmission is performed. The method comprises: a network side device first determines transmission information that is used for uplink signal transmission and that corresponds to first resource information, then generates transmission indication information according to the transmission information, and finally indicates the transmission indication information to a terminal so that the terminal determines, according to the transmission indication information, transmission information corresponding to an uplink signal on a frequency domain resource, and transmits the uplink signal according to the transmission information. Since there is a correspondence between the transmission information and the first resource information, the transmission information can be determined according to the first resource information, thus the transmission information can be indicated more flexibly.

According to the method, a terminal can determine, on the uplink resource, the first sub-band for transmitting the uplink signal, and the terminal and the network device transmit, according to the indication information of the uplink signal, the uplink signal on the determined first sub-band, so that the transmission gain of the uplink signal is improved.

By using said means, the terminal may, according to a required dynamic or semi-static means, notify a base station that each beam is affected by the MPE, so that an uplink transmission beam may be better scheduled, thereby reducing the impact on uplink performance due to the restriction of the MPE.

The uplink transmission instruction method, applied to a network side device, comprises: sending a configuration message to a terminal, wherein the configuration message is used for configuring at least two sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets for the terminal, and the SRS resource set is used for acquiring channel state information (CSI) of a first uplink transmission mode; receiving an SRS under the configuration message sent by the terminal, and determining, according to the received SRS, an uplink transmission parameter of a first uplink signal; and sending the determined uplink transmission parameter to the terminal so as to instruct the terminal to transmit the first uplink signal according to the uplink transmission parameter.
