    Abstract: The present application provides a UCI transmission method and apparatus, which can support multiplexing transmission of UCI with different priorities on a same uplink channel. The method includes: determining whether a bit number of a UCI sequence exceeds a first preset threshold; when determining that the bit number of the UCI sequence does not exceed the first preset threshold, encoding the UCI sequence in a first-type encoding scheme, or, adding a padding bit or an occupancy bit to the UCI sequence till satisfying that a total number of bits exceeds the first preset threshold, obtaining a padded UCI sequence, encoding the padded UCI sequence in a second-type encoding scheme; and transmitting an encoded first UCI sequence and an encoded second UCI sequence on a same uplink channel.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a data transmission method and apparatus, which are used for realizing low-delay and high-reliability transmission of data in a new radio (NR) system. The method comprises: determining an actual transmission opportunity in a transmission period according to a notification of a network side, and determining a first transmission opportunity on the basis of the actual transmission opportunity, wherein there are T valid transmission opportunities between the first transmission opportunity and a first moment, the valid transmission opportunities include an actual transmission opportunity with an RV of zero, and the first moment is before the end of the transmission period or before the start of a period of a second configuration authorization configuration; when data is ready before the first transmission opportunity and after the second transmission opportunity, starting data transmission at the first transmission opportunity, wherein the second transmission opportunity is the actual transmission opportunity before the first transmission opportunity; and when the data is ready after the first transmission opportunity, starting the data transmission in the next period. Therefore, a valid starting position may be determined according to a received signaling indication.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide an HARQ feedback method, a terminal, a base station and a storage medium. The method includes: adding, in an HARQ-ACK codebook which is determined according to a time offset K1 set and is transmitted in a time unit, A bits HARQ-ACK feedback corresponding to SPS PDSCHs to obtain an HARQ-ACK codebook to be transmitted; and transmitting the HARQ-ACK codebook. In the embodiments of the present application, in case that the SPS PDSCH is deferred, or is determined to feed back HARQ-ACK in a time unit based on a K1 value that does not belong to the K1 set, the HARQ-ACK of the SPS PDSCH needs to be added in the HARQ-ACK codebook determined based on the K1 set and corresponding to the time unit, so that correct HARQ-ACK transmission is ensured, and the HARQ-ACK of the SPS PDSCH is prevented from being discarded.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are an information transmission method and apparatus, and a communication device. When a first PUCCH bearing a first UCI overlaps with, in a time domain, a plurality of second PUCCHs that do not overlap with each other in a time domain and bear HARQ-ACKs, or when the first PUCCH bearing the first UCI overlaps with the second PUCCHs bearing a first HARQ-ACK in a time domain, if it is determined that a third PUCCH simultaneously bearing the first HARQ-ACK and the first UCI overlaps with a fourth PUCCH bearing a second HARQ-ACK in a time domain, a terminal device discards the first UCI. By discarding the first UCI, it is possible to avoid multiplex transmission of HARQ-ACKs that do not overlap with each other in a time domain in a time slot due to the fact that the HARQ-ACKs overlap with other types of UCI so as to ensure effective and timely transmission of the HARQ-ACKs.

    Abstract: A HARQ-ACK transmission method, a user equipment, and a network device are provided. The method performed by the user equipment includes: determining a target PUSCH for carrying HARQ-ACK when a PUCCH carrying HARQ-ACK overlaps with at least one PUSCH in time domain; obtaining an indication field of a DAI in a DCI scheduling a second type of PUSCH, when the target PUSCH is a first type of PUSCH; determining, according to the obtained indication field of the DAI, the number of bits of HARQ-ACK transmitted in the target PUSCH, and transmitting HARQ-ACK in the target PUSCH according to the determined number of bits of HARQ-ACK, wherein the first type of PUSCH is a PUSCH with a DCI scheduling or a PUSCH scheduled by a DCI without DAI, the second type of PUSCH is a PUSCH scheduled by a DCI with a DAI.
