Abstract: A product dispenser holder comprises a dispenser holder body configured to receive a product dispenser that stores a supply of a product to be dispensed, an actuation sensor that senses actuations of the product dispenser, and an actuation button, such that when an actuation force is applied to a pump of the product dispenser, a substantially downward force is applied to the actuation button causing the actuation button to rotate substantially downwardly and actuate the actuation sensor to generate a dispenser actuation signal.

Abstract: Systems and methods for detection and analysis of battery condition information may be used with respect to, for example, battery powered hand hygiene product dispensers. The battery condition information may be used to identify potential low battery conditions, the type of dispenser, the type or form of product dispensed, and/or to detect occurrence of a battery replacement event in a hand hygiene product dispenser. The battery condition information may further be used to determine a number of dispenses remaining for a hand hygiene product dispenser. The battery condition information may further be used to provide battery condition information for battery operated hand hygiene product dispensers in hand hygiene compliance systems.

Abstract: Monitoring modules for hand hygiene product dispensers may be installed in existing manual or touch free hand hygiene product dispensers to provide wireless communication of dispenser data to or from a dispenser. In one example, a manual dispenser beacon module is configured to be used with a manually actuated hand hygiene product dispenser to monitor hand hygiene compliance events (such as dispense events) associated with the dispenser, and to wirelessly transmit dispenser data to or from the manual dispenser. In another example, a touch free dispenser beacon module is configured to be used with a touch free hand hygiene product dispenser to monitor hand hygiene compliance events (such as dispense events) associated with the dispenser, and to wirelessly transmit dispenser data to or from the touch free dispenser.

Abstract: At least one single link of a conveyor chain is configured to support a tension load cell. A main body portion of the link includes a central cavity sized to contain the load cell, which has been inserted therein through an opening of the main body portion, and at least one auxiliary cavity to contain at least one battery cell and circuitry. A cap portion of the link closes off the opening into the cavity to enclose the load cell therein. One or both of the main body and cap portions may include a bore to receive a fastener for attaching to an end of the inserted load cell, and both portions include a bore oriented to receive a pin of a mating dual link of the conveyor chain. The cap portion may also include anti-rotation surfaces to mate with one or both of: the load cell and the opening.
