摘要： Apparatus and method of accurately detecting X-rays employs a photodiode substrate wherein a first reverse bias is applied to the photodiode to generate a photodetect voltage according to the X-rays incident on the photodiode. After an image signal is output in response to the X-rays applied to the photodiode in the present frame, a forward bias is applied to the photodiode so that X-rays may be detected more accurately in the next frame.

摘要： An apparatus for driving a display device includes a plurality of stages connected to each other, wherein each stage includes first to seventh transistors and first and second capacitors, the seventh transistor is connected to one terminal of the first capacitor, and a ratio of an area of the first capacitor to a channel width of the seventh transistor is less than 40. Accordingly, since the ratio of the area of the capacitor to the channel width of the transistor is less than 40, deterioration may be remarkably reduced in a low temperature test.
