    Abstract: Systems and methods for vehicle routing may be based on wireless network performance data. A vehicle route includes one or more path segments included in the route based on the wireless performance data. The vehicle route may be updated based on updated wireless performance data. Driving assistance features of a vehicle may be enabled by the wireless performance data, and different driving assistance features may be enabled or disabled on the vehicle route according to changes in wireless performance data. As the vehicle traverses the route, the driving assistance features may be enabled or disabled based on the wireless performance data for the path segment. The vehicle route may be updated to continue to enable a set of the driving assistance features.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for vehicle parking navigation and communication is described. Between a mobile device and a parking server, a first communication link is established. First parking data is received over the first communication link. A parking request including a parking facility identifier is received and a short range communication network is identified, at least in part in response to the parking facility identifier. Between the mobile device and the parking server, a second communication link is established for the short range communication network. Second parking data is received over the second communication link. The first parking data and second parking data may be combined.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing safety related messages to one or more vehicles is based on slowdown data collected in association with one or more vehicles. Historical slowdown data for a set of road segments is identified. One or more corresponding road geometries are accessed for the set of road segments. A comparison is performed for the one or more road geometries and a predetermined set of templates. Based on the comparison, a matching template is identified. A score is calculated for the road segment based on the matching template and the historical slowdown data.
