    Abstract: Embodiments provide an information processing method and a terminal device, so that a network device can indicate a reserved resource, and the terminal device can process the reserved resource. In these embodiments, configuration information of a reserved resource sent by a network device can be received by a terminal device. The terminal device can determine, based on the configuration information of the reserved resource, that a resource type of the reserved resource is a first-type reserved resource or a second-type reserved resource. The terminal device can determine a radio frequency processing manner on the reserved resource based on the resource type.

    Abstract: This application provides an information processing method and a communications device. An information processing method includes: a first communications device receives first information from a second communications device. The first communications device determines, based on the first information, that a start location of a first time window is a K1th time unit after a start location of a first resource or the start location of the first time window is a K2th time unit after an end location of the first resource. The first resource is a resource used by the first communications device to transmit data, and K1 and K2 are positive integers. The first communications device monitors, based on the determined start location of the first time window, control information sent by the second communications device.

    Abstract: This application discloses an uplink control information transmission method. A terminal may determine, based on received first DCI, whether UCI triggered by the DCI is highly reliable UCI, and if the UCI is highly reliable UCI, design a special transmission policy for the UCI, to protect the UCI and ensure reliability of a URLLC service. In this application, the special transmission policy may be superior to a common UCI transmission policy in at least one of the following aspects: a transmission resource, a coding scheme, a sending sequence, and the like.

    Abstract: This application provides a channel transmission method, apparatus, and system for NB-IoT. An NB-IoT base station determines, based on the frequency hopping information, a time-frequency resource location of the channel after frequency hopping, and performs channel transmission with an NB-IoT terminal on a time-frequency resource corresponding to the time-frequency resource location, so that the frequency hopping is introduced into the NB-IoT, thereby increasing a gain of frequency diversity through the frequency hopping.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method for determining a frequency resource, and an apparatus. The method includes: first determining, by user equipment (UE), a power headroom report; and subsequently sending, by the UE, the power headroom report (PHR) to a base station in a random access process, where the power headroom report may be carried by a related information segment of message 3 (Message 3) sent by the UE to the base station. According to the solutions provided in the present disclosure, a base station can obtain, in a timely manner, a basis for performing scheduling configuration when UE performs current uplink data transmission, and can more accurately configure power control and scheduling information for the UE. This avoids allocating the UE a channel that exceeds an uplink transmission capability of the UE, and thereby avoids an uplink bandwidth waste.
