    摘要: The present invention provides a non-human model animal of Goodpasture's syndrome that contributes to the treatment of Goodpasture's syndrome where the development of therapy had been delayed due to the lack of adequate disease models, a method for screening a remedy for Goodpasture's syndrome by using the model animal, and a method for diagnosing Goodpasture's syndrome at the early stage. A Goodpasture's syndrome model mouse is constructed by immunizing immunoglobulin Fcγ receptor IIB knockout mouse with type IV collagen, thereby inducing Goodpasture's syndrome. Moreover, a remedy for Goodpasture's syndrome is screened by administration of test substances to the Goodpasture's syndrome model mouse, followed by evaluating the severity of the expression of Goodpasture's syndrome as an index, such as diffuse alveolar hemorrhage, glomerulonephritis, the appearance of antikidney glomerular basement membrane antibody, and the like.

    摘要: An apparatus stores a plurality of video cuts successively linked by playlist information, and corresponding thumbnails. A plurality of the thumbnails can be displayed successively arrayed, with an intermediate image defined between each adjacent pair. When a GUI is operated to select an intermediate image and a playback operation is then initiated, a predetermined terminating portion of the cut corresponding to the thumbnail immediately preceding the selected intermediate image and a predetermined initial portion of the cut corresponding to the thumbnail immediately following the intermediate image are played back consecutively, enabling the transition between these two cuts to be visually examined.

    摘要: A one-dimensional image is formed by reflecting the light from a one-dimensional display device having a plurality of light emitting sections or light emitting sections disposed in one direction by a projection optical system three times or more. Then, a two-dimensional image is obtained by optically scanning the one-dimensional image by a light deflection means in a surface including a direction perpendicular to the disposing direction of the light emitting sections or the light emitting sections in the one-dimensional display device. A magnification projecting system is provided to project the two-dimensional image by magnifying it as it is as an intermediate image. A requirement for high resolution can be coped with by employing the one-dimensional display device as well as a small and less expensive light scanning apparatus and two-dimensional image forming apparatus can be realized thereby.

    摘要: In a rare earth metal-based alloy powder supplying apparatus, a rare earth metal-based alloy powder is supplied from a feeder box having an opening in its bottom surface into a cavity by moving the feeder box to above the cavity. The apparatus includes a bar-shaped member which is moved horizontally and in parallel in the bottom of the feeder box. A plurality of the bar-shaped members may be provided horizontally at distances. The apparatus further includes a powder replenishing device for sequentially replenishing the alloy powder into the feeder box in an amount corresponding to a decrement in amount resulting from the supplying of the alloy powder from the feeder box to the cavity, an inert gas supply device for filling an inert gas into said powder feeder box, and a plate member made of a fluorine-contained resin and mounted on the bottom surface of the feeder box. Thus, an alloy powder extremely poor in fluidity and in agitatability and liable to be inflamed can be supplied into the cavity with an extremely uniform filled density without production of agglomerates and bridges and with no fear of inflammation.
