摘要： A tetrachloroperylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic acid diimide pigment which contains not less than 85% by weight of the tetrachloro compound of the formula ##STR1## which is present to the extent of not less than 95% by weight in the .beta.-modification and which, in an X-ray spectrum, exhibits 2.sup..crclbar. CuK.sub..alpha. main lines at 9.0.degree., 13.3.degree., 15.0.degree., 16.8.degree., 19.1.degree., 21.5.degree., 24.2.degree., 25.4.degree., 26.5.degree., 27.0.degree. and 27.5.degree..In finishes, the pigment gives very brilliant colorations which are very highly lightfast and fast to weathering and which, upon weathering, neither bleach nor darken up.

摘要： An electrophotographic recording medium which consists essentially of an electrically conductive base and a photosemiconductive double layer which comprises a first layer containing charge carrier-producing dyes, and a second layer containing one or more compounds which are charge carrier-transporting when exposed to light, wherein the charge carrier-producing dyes are dark in color, possess substantially panchromatic absorption characteristics, and are of the general formula ##STR1## where R.sup.1 is propyl, 1-hydroxypropyl, 1-methoxypropyl or 1-phenylethyl, Z is p-phenylazoanilino, phenylthio or anilino, and n is 0-6, and a process for the production of this electrophotographic recording medium.

If they are used for wet-end dyeing, the waste water is virtually colorless. The colorations obtained exhibit good lightfastness and good bleeding fastness.

摘要： The present invention relates to novel reactive dyes of formula I, (I), in which the variable independently denote X hydrogen, NO2, or NR3R4, Y NR5R6, OR7, SR8, or SO2R9 or a group suitable as a leaving group under the conditions of nucleophilic, aromatic substitution, R1 to R9 independently hydrogen, C1–C8 alkyl, C2–C8 alkyl, in which non-adjacent CH2 groups can be replaced by oxygen atoms, imino groups, or C1–C4 alkylimino groups, and/or CH2 groups may be replaced by carbonyl groups, C2–C8 alkenyl, or a group containing an active site or the precursor of an active site, with the proviso that at least one group R1 to R9 is present which contains an active site or the precursor of an active site. The present invention also relates to the use of the reactivedyes of formula I for dyeing substrates containing nucleophilic groups, and to compositions containing at least one reactive dye of formula I.
