A second user input corresponding to a second graphical shape is received within the first graphical shape designated as the current virtual whiteboard. In response to a second command, the initial virtual whiteboard is designated as the current virtual whiteboard by restoring the first position and the first size of the first graphical shape within the initial virtual whiteboard and by resizing and re-positioning the second graphical shape to fit within the first graphical shape.
