Embodiments of the present invention relate to a method and an apparatus for transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request indicator information. The method for transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request indicator information according to the present invention includes: allocating enhanced physical downlink control channel EPDCCH resources to a UE; selecting partial resources from the EPDCCH resources; and sending HARQ indicator information to the UE through the partial resources.

The present application relates a signal transmission method for device to device direct communication between user equipments. User equipment first determines, according to a downlink timing reference time, a receiving time for receiving a device to device direct communication D2D signal sent by another user equipment, and then the first user equipment receives, before the receiving time, the D2D signal sent by the second user equipment, thereby improving accuracy of a time for receiving a signal by the user equipment and ensuring completeness of received data.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method, a base station, and a user equipment. The data transmission method includes: determining, by a base station, a modulation and coding level and a time-frequency resource, and determining, in a first or second modulation and transport block size index table, a TBS index and a modulation mode, where a second TBS index is not smaller than a first TBS index; and sending service data and a system scheduling control signal to a user equipment by adopting the selected TBS. In this way, the base station can select a larger TBS to achieve a higher coding rate and increase a system throughput.

A control channel transmission method and a piece of equipment, where the method includes configuring, by a communications system, at least two control channels for a user equipment, where at least one of the control channels is a cell-specific control channel and at least one of the control channels is a user equipment-specific control channel; using, by the communications system, the cell-specific control channel and/or user equipment-specific control channel to send information about control over the user equipment. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, a communications system configures at least two control channels for a user equipment (UE). The communications system may use, in a process of reconfiguring a control channel, another control channel to send information about control over the UE to ensure that communication is not interrupted during cell handover of the UE.

A communication control method, including receiving, by a first user equipment, a first message sent by a second user equipment; acquiring receive power of the first message; acquiring power parameter information of the second user equipment; obtaining a path loss value according to the power parameter information of the second user equipment and the receive power of the first message; and determining, according to the path loss value, whether direct communication is allowed between the first user equipment and the second user equipment. The embodiments of the present invention further provide a corresponding user equipment and system. According to the method, user equipment, and system in the embodiments of the present invention, control on direct communication between user equipment can be implemented.

The method includes: generating at least one eCCE, and transmitting the control channel through the at least one eCCE, where a process of generating each eCCE specifically includes: determining at least two physical resource block (PRB) pairs for transmitting the control channel, where each PRB pair of the at least two PRB pairs correspond to multiple enhanced resource element groups eREGs and the multiple eREGs have eREG attribute information that is not exactly the same; and selecting each eREG from the multiple eREGs corresponding to each PRB pair, where the selected eREGs have different eREG attribute information, and forming an eCCE with the selected eREGs. Embodiments of the present invention are applied to implement generation of an eCCE according to an eREG, so as to transmit an enhanced control channel through the eCCE.
