    Abstract: This application relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a two-stage precoding technology and a channel information feedback technology in a wireless communications system. In a two-stage precoding method, a first network device sends a first reference signal for estimating spatial correlation matrix information by a second network device, and the first network device receives spatial correlation matrix information fed back by a user, and determines a stage-1 precoding matrix based on the spatial correlation matrix information. Solutions provided in this application are intended to improve performance of a two-stage precoding system by applying a two-stage precoding method that includes a spatial correlation matrix information feedback solution.

    Abstract: A reference signal sending or receiving method includes: determining, by the network device, a plurality of resource elements REs used to carry a first CSI-RS, where the plurality of REs are distributed in a plurality of resource units, and in each resource unit, a plurality of REs used to carry the first CSI-RS are located on a plurality of subcarriers in a same symbol, values of the first CSI-RS carried on at least two REs are different, and values of the first CSI-RS are loaded to the plurality of REs in the resource unit by using a first multiplex code; and sending, by the network device, the first CSI-RS to the terminal device by using the plurality of REs.

    Abstract: This application discloses a resource indication method, and a related device and system. The method includes: generating resource indication information, where the resource indication information is used to indicate a reference signal resource allocated to a terminal device in a reference signal resource group in which the terminal device is located among a plurality of reference signal resource groups; and sending the resource indication information. According to the foregoing solution, flexibility of configuring the reference signal resource can be improved, so that better resource sharing is implemented and resource overheads are reduced.

    Abstract: Embodiments of present invention disclose a reference signal sending method. The method includes: determining a time-frequency resource occupied by a reference signal of at least one antenna port in a transmission unit, the transmission unit includes a first part and a second part, any symbol in the first part is different from any symbol in the second part, the time-frequency resource is on a single symbol or a plurality of consecutive symbols within the first part, reference signals of each antenna port occupy a same symbol, and the single symbol or each of the plurality of consecutive symbols carries a reference signal of at least one antenna port; and sending the reference signal to user equipment on the time-frequency resource. In the embodiments of present invention, a reference signal mapping rule and an antenna port mapping solution that are applicable to an NR MIMO system are formulated.
