Abstract: A resource determining method is provided. The method includes: determining a time domain position and a resource unit type of a first time domain resource unit based on first configuration information; determining a time domain position of a second time domain resource unit based on the time domain position of the first time domain resource unit, where the time domain position of the second time domain resource unit is at a time domain position which is different from the time domain position of the first time domain resource unit and is within a preset time period; and receiving second configuration information from a network-side device, and determining a resource unit type of the second time domain resource unit based on the second configuration information. Thus, subframe types of various subframes in D-TDD can be determined.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a power control method, and belong to the field of wireless communications technologies. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, signaling from a radio access network device; learning, by the terminal device based on the signaling, of a slot of power control information required by the terminal device to perform uplink sending; and obtaining, by the terminal device in the slot of the power control information required for uplink sending, the power control information required for uplink sending, so that the terminal device dynamically obtains uplink power control information of the terminal device without being based on a static uplink-downlink subframe configuration in the prior art.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a signal transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, configuration information sent by a network device, where the configuration information is used to instruct the terminal device to send a reference signal, and a resource used to transmit the reference signal is determined based on a public cell identity of a cell to which the terminal device belongs; and sending, by the terminal device, the reference signal based on the configuration information by using the resource. According to the signal transmission method and apparatus in the embodiments of this application, an existing reference signal can be used to perform interference/channel measurement between terminal devices, so that a terminal device on a receiving side can distinguish between interference cells while reference signal utilization is improved.

The method includes: for a terminal configured with a plurality of cells, grouping the plurality of cells into cell groups based on a subcarrier spacing, where a power control mode for the cell groups is configured by a base station as a first power control mode or a second power control mode, and the plurality of cells use either CA or DC. The embodiments of the present invention are used for power control when carriers with the plurality of subcarrier spacings coexist.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a transmit power control technology in a wireless communications system. In a transmit power control method, user equipment performs transmit power compensation on subframes in different subframe sets by using different power compensation amounts, and sends data in the subframes by using uplink transmit powers on which the transmit power compensation has been performed. According to the solution provided in this application, smoothness of a signal-to-noise ratio of each uplink subframe can be ensured when a full-duplex technology is applied, and reception performance of the uplink subframe can further be ensured without causing excessively large signaling overheads.
