Abstract: A method or apparatus for monitoring a system by detecting misbehaving components in the system is presented. A computing device receives historical data points based on a set of monitored signals of a system. The system has components that are monitored through the set of monitored signals. For each monitored component, the computing device performs unsupervised machine learning based on the historical data points to identify expected states and state transitions for the component. The computing device identifies one or more steady components based on the identified states of the monitored components. The computing device also receives real-time data points based on monitoring the set of signals from the system. For each identified steady component, the computing device examines the received real-time data points for deviation from the expected state and state transitions of the steady component. The computing device reports anomaly in the system based on the detected deviations.

Abstract: Systems, computer-implemented methods and/or computer program products that facilitate automatically mapping different data types are provided. In one embodiment, a computer-implemented method comprises: constructing, by a system operatively coupled to a processor, an index from one or more classifier models for one or more data types; scoring and ranking, by the system, one or more candidate pairs for the one or more data types based on confidence score; and analyzing, by the system, how the one or more candidate pairs are scored and automatically generating the one or more classifier models used to construct the index.

Abstract: A computing device receives template files and parameters associated with the template files, where the template files comprise scripts, and where the associated parameters comprise a user preference associated with an efficiency of the image. The computing device may determine dependencies between layers of the scripts based on a unified image model. The unified image model may generate a logic tree that includes nodes, where each one of the nodes represents each one of the layers of the scripts. The computing device may generate an efficient logic tree based on the logic tree and the user preference of a generated image model. The generated image model may generates the efficient logic tree by changing the dependencies of the nodes in the logic tree based on the user preference. Based on the generated efficient logic tree the computing device may build the image.

Abstract: Determining a characteristic of a configuration file that is used to discover configuration files in a target machine, a computer identifies, using information associated with a configuration item of a machine, a candidate configuration file related to the configuration item of the machine, from among a plurality of files from the machine. The computer extracts a value of a feature of the candidate configuration file and aggregates the candidate configuration file with a second candidate configuration file related to the same configuration item identified from among a plurality of files from a second machine, based on the extracted value. The computer then determines a configuration file related to the configuration item from among the aggregated candidate configuration files based on a result of the aggregation, and determines a characteristic of the configuration file related to the configuration item.

Abstract: A method and system for enabling transfer of widgets across containers at runtime. According to embodiments of the present invention, a user is allowed to transfer a widget across containers at runtime, for example, moving a widget that has been deployed and operated in one widget container to another, even though the destination widget container originally does not support the widget. Specifically, the widget being transferred can keep consistency in terms of data and state before and after the transfer. Furthermore, the user can implement the cross-container transfer of widgets at runtime by, for example, convenient interaction means like a drag-and-drop operation. In this way, the user can operate and interact with Web applications in a more convenient and flexible way.
