    摘要: A robot cleaner having a fan brake device is provided, which includes a main cleaner body having an accommodating slot used to contain a dust box and a fan, and at least one brake device is disposed inside the accommodating slot. The brake device is disposed at a notch on the bottom of the dust box for the fan to be inserted into, and under the junction line between the notch and the bottom edge of the dust box. Therefore, when the dust box is taken off from the main cleaner body, the flexible element of the brake device can press a soft stopper upward and then the soft stopper presses against the bottom of the fan blade of the fan to stop the fan.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for docking a robot at a charging station, which is applied between the robot and the charging station. The charging station outputs a first transmitting signal and a second transmitting signal, wherein an overlapping zone and two non-overlapping zones are formed within the signal transmission range of the first and second transmitting signals forming at a predetermined distance in front of the charging station, with a blank zone forming within the predetermined distance. When the robot needs to move to the charging station, the robot detects its entry into the overlapping zone or one of the two non-overlapping zones, and the robot moves in the direction of the charging station by alternately moving in and out between the overlapping zone and one of the two non-overlapping zones until the robot moves to the blank zone, then the robot either moves directly towards the charging station, or rotates and then moves backwardly towards the charging station, thereby allowing the robot to dock at the charging station.

    摘要: A cleaning fabric assembly used for an automatic cleaning machine includes an outer unit, a water absorbent unit, an assembly unit and a fixing unit. A plurality of openable portions, which extend from the peripheral portion of the outer unit to the center of the outer unit, are provided on top of the outer unit. The water absorbent unit and assembly unit and may inserted into the outer unit through the cracks between the openable portions. The cleaning fabric assembly of the present invention may be used to remove water stains with its water absorbent unit or by mopping the floor. Also, to uninstall the outer unit or the water absorbent unit for replacement or cleaning, a user simply has to rotate the fixing unit to disengage the male engagement pieces from the engagement portions.

    摘要: A sensing escape device of an automatic cleaner includes a control module, a motion module and an inclination limitation sensing module. The control module controls the motion module to drive the movement of the automatic cleaner in mode between a forward mode with head portion as a head and a backward mode with tail portion as a head. The inclination limitation sensing module coupled to the control module includes a critical inclination angle sensing unit outward disposed on a rear bottom of the main body. When the critical inclination angle sensing unit is externally contacted, the inclination limitation sensing module generates a signal and transfers the signal to the control module, to make the control module drive the motion module to switch into the backward mode. The automatic cleaner moves backward immediately when climbing a ramp, to avoid misjudging actions such as a suspension of the motor-driven wheel unit.

    摘要: A mobile robotic system includes a charging device and a mobile robot. The charging device is provided with a light emitter and a set of first charging contacts for supplying a charging signal. The mobile robot has a first side provided with a first light sensor, a second side provided with a second light sensor and a set of second charging contacts corresponding to the first charging contacts, a rechargeable battery unit, and a control unit. When charging of the battery unit is intended, the control unit enables movement of the mobile robot until the first light sensor detects light emitted by the light emitter, subsequently enables rotation of the mobile robot until the second light sensor detects the light from the light emitter, and then enables movement of the mobile robot toward the charging device until the first and second charging contacts come into contact.
