    摘要: The invention relates to a turbo-machine incorporating a compressor with stator vanes of which the angle of incidence is adjustable. In order to enable adjustment in the position of the internal ring of a stator of the compressor, each of the sectors of the ring is provided with adjustment locations constituted by the bushes of pivot bearings for the roots of the vanes which roots comprise an external screw thread cooperating with a complementary internal screw thread of their seating and these come into abutment against a shoulder of the pivot of each vane so that the radial position of each of the sectors can be adjusted by rotation of the bushes in their respective seating.

    摘要: A system for inspecting internal zones of a machine, such as an engine, comprises an observation device having an optical fiber endoscope, and distribution and guide means including a network of flexible guide sheaths placed in the machine to define a number of different inspection routes along which the endoscope can be guided from an aperture in the machine wall to various predetermined critical internal zones. Preferably the system includes first electrical means implanted in each guide sheath and co-operable with second electrical means secured to the endoscope in order to detect the position thereof in the network and to transmit the position to a monitoring device outside the machine for monitoring and assisting the guidance of the endoscope in the network.

    摘要: A turbine plant compressor disc is formed from two halves which are welded together near the rim and define an internal cavity in which a centripetal accelerator is mounted for inducing cooling air to flow from the compressor through inclined passages in the rim on the downstream side of the blades carried by the rim, through the cavity of the disc, and towards the turbine to be cooled in the vicinity of the turbine shaft. The centripetal accelerator is composed of sectors which are removably mounted in the cavity of the disc, the sectors forming a perforated ring disposed in the central bore of the disc and each sector having a flat web extending radially outwards in the inner cavity of the disc to form radial centripetal channels communicating with the air passages in the rim.

    摘要: A device for attaching a seal to a shaft wherein the seal is mounted on a hoop which, in turn, is mounted on the end of a shaft. A second, resilient hoop member is interposed between the seal and a flange on the shaft to exert a compressive force on the seal. A split ring member engages circumferential grooves formed on the shaft and the first hoop member to prevent relative axial movement. A pin attached to the hoop member engages a notch on the split ring member to prevent any relative circumferential motion between these elements.

The system has a first split ring member which locks the rotor blade foot portion onto the rotor blade disk. A second split ring member is inserted between the first split ring member in a downstream flange of the rotor blade foot portions to provide a positive seal to prevent air leakage between the foot portions and the notches formed in the rotor disk.

    摘要: A compressor disc assembly with an integral centripetal accelerator for the exhaustion of air for use in a cooling device of a gas turbine, the bleeding of air at the surface of the compressor drum being effected by orifices situated in the platforms of the blades and in the median plane of the compressor disc. The assembly is formed from two half discs. The centripetal accelerator includes several sectors detachably mounted in the space defined between the two half discs of the compressor, each sector being formed from two half shells having on their internal face ribs in the form of centripetal blades by which the half shells are assembled together. The invention is utilized for cooling a gas turbine by bleeding air from the compressor.
