    摘要: The present invention discloses a method for processing the video telephone calling based on the mobile communication network. A calling terminal initiates a video telephone calling to a called telephone terminal, and when said called terminal is ringing, the called user is entitled to determine whether to cut off the telephone calling; the called terminal receives a operating information that the called user can't proceed the video telephone, and sends a disconnecting message with a reason value that called party can't proceed the video telephone to a called party mobile switch; the called party mobile switch disconnects the communication between the called party mobile switch and the called terminal and transmits the disconnecting message to a calling party mobile switch; the calling party mobile switch disconnects the communication between the calling party mobile switch and the called party mobile switch and transmits the disconnecting message to the calling terminal; and the calling terminal disconnects the communication telephone between the calling terminal and the calling party mobile switch. The present invention expands the function of the mobile user terminal and is significant to the development of electronic commerce of the mobile video telephone user.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for processing the video telephone call failure based on the mobile communication network, which comprises the following steps: when a video telephone call initiated by a calling terminal has failed, the mobile communication network side returns a call failure message which contains a reason value of the call failure and a disconnecting signaling to said calling terminal in accordance with the reason of the call failure; after said calling terminal receives said call failure message, it queries and extracts said call failure prompt information data in accordance with said reason value and broadcasts the call failure prompt information locally. Through pre-installing the call failure prompt information in the video telephone calling terminal and sending the call failure signaling by the network side, the present invention makes the video telephone calling terminal get the reason of failure rapidly and complete the next step of concrete operation effectively when the call failed. In addition, the system resources could be well used and the waste of the system resources could be reduced because of the reason of the call failure returning duly.

A resource server and a resource network element are further disclosed. With a resource server, the invention can monitor dynamically availability information of a resource network element and allocate appropriately an idle resource network element to thereby improve both a utilization ratio of network resource and a service processing capability of network element.

Wherein, the method includes: a management node is selected from each domain of the distributed system; one is selected as the synchronization source of the distributed system from all the management nodes, and all the management nodes synchronize the time with that of the synchronization source; all the management nodes control the time synchronization of the nodes in their own domain according to the synchronized time; the nodes of the distributed system control the version of the duplicate copy of the storage data according to the synchronized time.     摘要: A camera system according to an embodiment includes a camera device, a control device, and an application server. The camera device, which includes a camera module and a power line communication (PLC) camera adaptation module, captures and provides audio/video information. The camera device modulates the audio/video information, and provides the modulated information. The camera device also demodulates the modulated signal transferred from a power line to obtain a control signal, and adjusts camera parameters according to the control signal. The control device is connected to the PLC camera adaptation module via the power line. The control device demodulates a received modulated signal of the audio/video information, and provides the demodulated signal. According to a received control indication information, the control device generates a control signal, modulates the control signal, and controls the camera module. The application server stores and provides the audio/video information, camera device information and controlling purview information of the camera device. The application server also generates and provides the control indication information. A method for controlling camera is also disclosed. Embodiments of the present invention can control the camera device remotely without using a dedicated signal line.
