摘要: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to latency reduction. The device may set up a plurality of links between an access point (AP) multi-link device (MLD) and a non-AP MLD. The device may encode a frame for transmission on a first link of the plurality of links between a first AP of the AP MLD and a first STA of the non-AP MLD. The device may identify an indication received at a second STA of the non-AP MLD using an interference mitigation signal. The device may cause to stop the transmission of the frame on the first link based on the indication. The device may identify a second frame on the first link received from the first AP. The device may cause to resume the transmission of the first frame on the first link.

摘要: This disclosure describes methods, apparatus, and systems related to a MAC protocol that can coordinate the AP with a relay STA to improve both the uplink and downlink throughput of a CE STA by using underutilized secondary channels. The disclosed systems and methods can be used to improve the performance of cell-edge STAs without affecting the performance of non-cell-edge STAs. In various embodiments, RTS frames can be used to instruct relay STAs to transmit data to CE STAs over idle secondary channels while the AP transmits data to legacy (e.g. 20 or 40 MHz) STAs over primary channels.

摘要: Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for transmission opportunity (TxOP) preemption for low latency applications, where a station (STA) comprises processing circuitry configured to: decode, from an access point (AP), a frame, wait for a preemption duration, the preemption duration less than a wait duration of the AP, and in response to a determination that a medium is idle during the preemption duration and that the STA has pending low-latency (LL) data to send to the AP, encode, for transmission to the AP after the preemption duration an indication of a preemption request (PR).

摘要: An access point station (AP) configured for wideband channel operation may communicate with non-access point stations (STAs) over channel bandwidths that include one or more primary channels. For channel bandwidths that include more than one primary channel, the AP may communicate with the STAs within those channel bandwidths even though the NAV of one of the primary channels within the channel bandwidth has not expired. In these embodiments, the AP does not need to wait for the NAV of a primary channel to expire to transmit a wideband transmission when another primary channel is the channel bandwidth is available.

摘要: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to multi-link acknowledgments. A device may transmit a trigger frame to a station device (STA) multi-link device (MLD), wherein the trigger frame polls the STA MLD to announce presence on communication links. The device may identify a null data packet (NDP) from the STA MLD announcing its presence on a set of communication links. The device may establish the set of communication links with the STA MLD, wherein the STA MLD comprises a plurality of station devices (STAs). The device may allocate a plurality of tone-sets to the plurality of STAs within the STA MLD. The device may identify energy on the allocated tone-sets for each link that the STA MLD has presence on.
