When it is determined that the size of the data area should not be changed from the standard size, the size of the data area is determined by using the standard size. For a data area for which a first layout attribute is set, it is determined that the size of the data area should not be changed from the standard size when the size of contents data inserted in the data area is smaller than the standard size of the data area and the data area is not influenced by a data area associated with the data area by a link.
