    摘要: An electronic timepiece having a stepping motor and a drive circuit responsive to a control signal for applying electrical drive pulses having polarities determined by the control signal for rotating the rotor of the stepping motor. The control circuit normally operates in a mode for applying a control signal to the drive circuit effective to control the drive circuit to apply alternate polarity electrical drive pulses to rotate the stepping motor rotor in a normal direction. Resetting circuitry is operable for correcting the time kept by the timepiece. A detecting circuit detects whether the stepping motor rotor is in a position to be rotated by a forthcoming drive pulse after resetting. If the stepping motor rotor is not in a position for rotation a detection circuit signal is applied to the control circuit so that the control signal controls the drive circuit to apply an electrical pulse effective to rotate the stepping motor rotor after resetting. Consequently, after resetting the immediately forthcoming drive pulse will have a polarity effective to rotate the stepping motor rotor and no time will be lost.

    摘要: In an electronic watch a non-operation detecting circuit detects the non-operative condition of the stepping motor of the watch and produces a non-operation signal each time the stepping motor fails to operate in response to the standard pulse which drives the same. A counter counts the number of non-operation signals and stores the count for later use. A rotation detecting circuit detects the resumption of operation of the stepping motor in response to the standard pulse from the non-operative condition and a quick feed control circuit quickly advances the stepping motor in response to an input from the rotation detection circuit by thereafter supplying, instead of the standard pulses, the quick feed pulses to the drive circuit for the motor equal in number to the number of the non-operation signals counted in the counter. In this way the corrected time will be displayed by the watch even after being rendered inoperative as a result of an external condition such as low temperature or a high strength DC magnetic field.

    摘要: The present invention provides a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet for building materials capable of maintaining an excellent nail hole sealing performance to keep waterproof thereof even after being exposed to severe environmental conditions. The moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 1 for building materials of this invention includes a non-woven fabric layer 2 having a bulk density of 0.01 g/cm3 or more, a porous polyolefin film layer 3 arranged on an upper side of the non-woven fabric layer 2 and having waterproof properties and moisture-permeability, and an air-permeable adhesive resin layer 4 made of a plurality of linearly-formed resins 11 arranged approximately in parallel with each other in a plan view and joining the non-woven fabric layer 2 and the porous polyolefin film layer 3. A width of the linearly-formed resin of the air-permeable adhesive resin layer 4 is 0.5 to 3 mm, and a width of a gap between adjacent linearly-formed resins is 0.1 to 1 mm.

    摘要: An analog electronic timepiece comprises a stepping motor having a stator, rotor and drive coil, and electronic circuitry for periodically energizing the drive coil in two distinct excitation states to rotationally drive the rotor in a stepwise manner. The electronic circuitry effects sequential energization of the drive coil in first a full excitation state which is effective to at least initiate driving of the rotor from an initial position through a predetermined angle of rotation to a new position, and then in an intermediate excitation state which is effective to ensure completion of the driving of the rotor through the predetermined angle of rotation by preventing return rotation of the rotor after the rotor has advanced through a certain angular extent towards its new position.A method of operating a stepping motor of an analog electronic timepiece comprises periodically energizing the drive coil of the stepping motor by first energizing the drive coil in a discrete full excitation state to initiate driving of the rotor through one rotational step, and then energizing the drive coil in a discrete intermediate excitation state to complete the driving of the rotor through the rotational step.

    摘要: An analogue alarm electronic timepiece has electronic circuitry for controlling the drive of the time-indicating hands by a reversible stepping motor to selectively position the hands at desired alarm time and display time settings. Externally operable switches control the operation of the electronic circuitry and enable re-positioning of the hands by the motor to the previously set alarm time so that the user of the timepiece may confirm the alarm time setting. The electronic circuit includes a first settable memory means for storing the time difference between the alarm time and the present time, and a second settable memory means for storing the time difference between the present time and the display time. First means are provided for detecting coincidences between the alarm time and the present time. Second means are provided for detecting coincidence between the present time and the display time.
