    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device for UE and a base station in wireless communications. A UE receives a first signaling; and transmits a first radio signal. herein, the first signaling comprises scheduling information of the first radio signal; a first reference signal is used to determine at least one of transmitting power of the first radio signal or one or more antenna ports for transmitting the first radio signal; a first radio resource is associated with the first reference signal, and the first radio resource is related to the first signaling; the first signaling does not comprise a first field, the first field indicating one or more antenna ports for transmitting a radio signal scheduled by a signaling to which the first field belongs. The method ensures the reliability of uplink transmission for any TRP/panel when one UE is served by multiple TRPs/panels.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device in a UE and a base station used for wireless communications. The UE receives a first signaling, a second signaling and a third signaling, and receives or transmits a first radio signal in a first frequency sub-band. The first signaling is used for determining M information sets, any of the information sets comprises a positive integer number of information element(s), any information element comprises a first-type index and a second-type index set, the second-type index set comprises one second-type index or more second-type indices. The second signaling is used for determining a first information set out of the M information sets. The third signaling is associated with the second signaling. The above method reduces the signaling overhead of beam management and indication in each bust on the Unlicensed Spectrum.

    Abstract: A first node receives a first signaling and transmits a first signal. The first signaling indicates scheduling information of the first signal; the first signal comprises a first sub-signal and a second sub-signal; a first field and a second field of the first signaling are respectively used to determine antenna ports for transmitting the first sub-signal and the second sub-signal; a payload of bit(s) in the second field of the first signaling is related to K1 candidate integers; the relationship between the payload of the bit(s) in the second field of the first signaling and the K1 candidate integers is related to whether a time-domain resource occupied by the first sub-signal overlaps with a time-domain resource occupied by the second sub-signal. The above method meets different requirements for the number of bits in the first field and the second field for different multiplexing methods.

    Abstract: A method and a device in a node for wireless communications. A first node monitors or drops monitoring a first signal in a first resource block; and transmits a second signal in a second resource block.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and device in a node for wireless communications. A first node determines a first resource set and a first resource set group out of M resource sets; monitors a first-type channel in the first resource set group in a first time window. Any two of the M resource sets are overlapped in time domain, and the first resource set group comprises the first resource set; any of the M resource sets is connected to one or two spatial states; a reference resource set is any of the M resource sets different from the first resource set; whether the reference resource set satisfies a first condition is used to determine whether the reference resource set belongs to the first resource set group. The above method avoids the performance loss incurred by UE's unnecessary dropping the monitoring on some PDCCH candidates.
