Abstract:
An image forming apparatus includes a housing, a movable body, a rack, a gear, a stepping motor, and a first action body. The movable body moves between a first position and a second position with respect to the housing. The first action body acts on the movable body. When an output shaft of the stepping motor rotates in a first rotation direction, the gear rotates to move the movable body in a first direction from the second position toward the first position. The first action body applies a pressing force toward a second direction opposite to the first direction to the movable body moving in the first direction beyond the first position. The pressing force is smaller than a force enough to rotate the output shaft of the stepping motor by one step in a second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction.
Abstract:
An ink-jet recording apparatus of the present disclosure includes a recording portion, a cap unit, a wipe unit, and a lid member. The recording portion has a recording head. The cap unit is capable of reciprocating between a first position directly below the recording portion and a second position that is retracted in a horizontal direction from the first position, and has a cap portion that caps the recording head when at the first position. The wipe unit performs a recovery process with respect to the recording head. At the second position, the lid member is disposed above the cap unit and comes into tight contact with the cap portion.
Abstract:
An inkjet recording device includes a recording head section, a capping unit, a capping movement mechanism, and a capping support section. The recording head section forms an image with ink on paper. The capping unit includes a cap that is contactable to the recording head section. The capping movement mechanism moves the capping unit. The capping support section supports the capping unit. The capping movement mechanism includes a rail section which guides the capping unit in a Y axial direction between standby and retracted positions. The capping support section includes a rail section which guides the capping unit in an X axial direction between the standby position and a detachable position.
Abstract:
A toner container includes a container main body, a first conveyance member rotatably provided in the container main body, a first bearing hole rotatably supports a rotation shaft of the first conveyance member in a state where the rotation shaft of the first conveyance member passes through the first bearing hole and extends outside, and a first input joint provided on an end portion of a rotation shaft of the first conveyance member in an attachment portion side, and coupled with a first drive coupling portion of the attachment portion. The first drive coupling portion includes a plurality of engaging pieces. The first input joint includes a plurality of projection pieces configured to be respectively coupled with the plurality of engaging pieces. Among the plurality of projection pieces, at least one first piece is longer than the other second piece(s) in a projection direction of the projection shaft.
Abstract:
An image forming apparatus includes: an apparatus main body and a paper feed unit. The paper feed unit is detachably fitted to the apparatus main body. The paper feed unit has: a first spring being pressed against and thereby brought into contact with a plate at a bottom surface of the apparatus main body when the paper feed unit is fitted to the apparatus main body; a holding section holding the first spring; and a second spring being stretched in a state such as to be extended between the first spring and a plate at a bottom surface of the paper feed unit, and the plate of the apparatus main body and the plate of the paper feed unit are connected together through the first spring and the second spring.
Abstract:
A cassette (1) includes first and second sheet accommodation sections (3) and (5), and a restricting section (7). The second sheet accommodation section (5) is slidably attached to the first sheet accommodation section (3). The restricting section (7) includes first and second engagement sections (38a) and (78a), and a manipulation section (70). The first engagement section (38a) is disposed in the first sheet accommodation section (3). The manipulation section (70) is disposed in the second sheet accommodation section (5). The second engagement section (78a) engages with the first engagement section (38a). A lever portion (71) of the manipulation section (70) is shiftable from a lying down posture to a tilted posture. The second engagement section (78a) is disposed in the lever portion (71). Shift of the lever portion (71) from the lying down posture to the tilted posture releases engagement between the first engagement section (38a) and the second engagement section (78a), and allows the lever portion (71) to be pulled in a first direction (A1) to slide the second sheet accommodation section (5) and extend a size of the cassette (1).
Abstract:
A sheet stacking device includes a device main body, a sheet discharge unit, a sheet stacking portion and a sheet detector. The sheet discharge unit discharges sheets. The sheet stacking portion includes a sheet stacking surface on which the sheets are to be stacked. The opening is formed in the sheet stacking surface. The sheet detector includes a detection piece capable of projecting upwardly of the sheet stacking surface from the opening. The sheet detector detects a first state, a second state and a third state. The first state is a state where no sheet is placed on the sheet stacking surface. The second state is a state where a first number of the sheets discharged are placed on the sheet stacking surface. The third state is a state where a second number of the sheets larger than the first number are placed on the sheet stacking surface.
