    Abstract: A touch display device includes a display controller configured to output a control signal and a first touch synchronization signal defining a display period and a touch period, a gate driving circuit configured to receive a high-level gate voltage and the control signal, and output a gate voltage pulse, a display panel comprising gate lines to which the gate voltage pulse is input and sub-pixels, a touch controller configured to receive the first touch synchronization signal, and output a pulse width modulation signal, and a touch power circuit configured to output a voltage generated based on the pulse width modulation signal to the gate driving circuit in at least a first period of the touch period, and output the high-level gate voltage to the gate driving circuit based on a second touch synchronization signal that defines a pseudo display period in a second period of the touch period.

    Abstract: Discussed are a display device with an integrated touch screen and a method of operating the same. The display device according to an embodiment includes a display panel including a plurality of pixel electrodes; a touch screen including m number of electrodes which are formed to overlap with the plurality of pixel electrodes, wherein m is a multiple of n, and n is an integer equal to or greater than two, and wherein the m electrodes are divided into n number of electrode groups; a touch driver configured to generate a touch scan signal and to supply the generated touch scan signal to a display driver; and the display driver configured to apply a common voltage or the touch scan signal to one or more of the m electrodes depending on a driving mode of the display device.

    Abstract: A driving circuit, a touch display device, and a method of driving the touch display device. A plurality of first electrodes are disposed within a display panel. A second electrode is disposed outside of the display panel. A driving circuit detects at least one of a touch position and a touching force of a touch by sequentially applying a first electrode driving signal to at least one first electrode among the plurality of first electrodes and applying a second electrode driving signal to the second electrode in a touch driving period. When a user touches a screen, not only can a touch position be sensed, but also a touching force with which the user presses the screen can also be efficiently sensed. This provides a range of functions that existing touch position-detecting technologies have failed to provide.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to touch screen panel integrated display panel and display device. The touch screen panel integrated display panel comprises: a common electrode to which a common voltage is applied in a display mode and a touch driving signal is applied in a touch mode; a gate line that transfers a scan signal to a pixel row; and a gate driving integrated circuit that is connected to the gate line and outputs the scan signal to the gate line, wherein the gate driving integrated circuit includes a pull-up transistor and a pull-down transistor for outputting the scan signal to the gate line in the display mode, and additionally includes a touch mode transistor for outputting the touch driving signal applied to the common electrode or a signal corresponding to the touch driving signal to the gate line in the touch mode.
