Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a device for transmitting and receiving data by a terminal in a wireless communication system. The present invention can provide a method and a device configured to: generate at least one duplicated data according to the number of multiple radio bearers by using specific data in a first layer of a transmitting device; transmit the specific data and the at least one duplicated data to a receiving device on multiple cells associated with the multiple radio bearers; and when receiving, from the receiving device, an ACK indicating the success of reception of the specific data and the at least one duplicated data, instruct to stop transmission of the specific data and the at least one duplicated data from the first layer to a second layer, wherein the multiple radio bearers are instructed, by a bearer identifier, to transmit the duplicated data.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving, by a terminal, data in a wireless communication system. The present invention may provide a method and an apparatus which receive, from a base station, a system information block comprising backoff information for an arbitrary connection procedure; select an arbitrary backoff time between a first minimum backoff time and a first maximum backoff time; transmit, to the base station, a preamble for any connection after the selected arbitrary backoff time has elapsed; receive a response message comprising resource information for transmitting data, in response to the preamble; and transmit, to the base station, the data on the basis of the resource information.

Abstract: Provided is a method and device for receiving a signal in a wireless communication system to which a multiple-transmission technique is applied. A proposed wireless communication system proposes a method for maximizing packet transmission within a target time in multiple paths. Specifically, a terminal receives, from a first base station, multiple-transmission activation information and control information for transmission of a transmission block. The terminal decodes the multiple-transmission activation information and the control information, and receives the transmission block from the first base station and a second base station. At this time, the multiple-transmission activation information includes a multiple-transmission activation indicator indicating that the first base station and the second base station can transmit the transmission block until a preconfigured time.
