摘要: According to the present invention, it is intended that the recording can be executed normally even against small vibrations to which a servo error signal detecting circuit cannot respond. A recording apparatus according to the present invention includes an optical head (12) for receiving a reflected laser beam (LREF) obtained when a laser beam (LIRR) is irradiated on a CD-R (10). This recording apparatus further includes a gate circuit (31) to which an output signal (SRD) of the optical head (12) is supplied and a level comparing circuit (34) for comparing a value of an output signal (DTAU) of this gate circuit (31) with a predetermined reference value (DTH). Upon recording, the gate circuit (31) is controlled in such a manner that a signal of a predetermined period ts may be outputted from the output signal (SRD) supplied from the optical head (12) to the gate circuit (31) as the output signal (DTAU). An output signal (SCMP) of the level comparing circuit (34) is outputted as a detected result of vibrations of the CD-R (10) or vibrations of the optical head (12).

摘要: A relay control apparatus is arranged between clients and a CoD system. The relay control apparatus accepts process requests from the clients and stores the process requests. If the CoD system is installing a server in addition to existing servers, the relay control apparatus provides a control so that requests unprocessable with the existing servers are not passed to the CoD system until the installation of the server is completed. When the installation of the server is completed, servers that can process, within a predetermined period, a volume of requests at that time and a volume of requests retained by that time are secured.

摘要: A light source device includes a first light-source unit, a second light-source unit, and a third light-source unit emitting light of spectra different from each other. Each of the first through third light-source units includes a heat dissipator and a light source. The light source includes a light emitting device. The heat dissipators of the first through third light-source units are disposed in an ascending order of values of T/Q of the first through third light-source units, in a direction of cooling air flow. “Q” represents a heat generation amount from the light source of each of the first through third light-source units, when the light sources are driven to obtain predetermined light intensity and lifespan. “T” represents a preset, upper-limit temperature for the light emitting device of each of the first through third light-source units to obtain the predetermined light intensity and lifespan.

摘要: An image projection apparatus includes: a light source; an exhaust fan having a rotary shaft provided with at least one blade, the rotary shift being rotated to exhaust air inside the apparatus to the outside of the apparatus; a guide having a sloped face that is sloped toward the exhaust fan, the sloped face having a first side surface facing the light source and a second side surface provided opposite of the first side surface; a first flow path, defined by the first side surface of the guide, to guide air heated by the light source toward the rotary shaft of the exhaust fan; and a second flow path, defined by the second side surface of the guide, to guide air having temperature lower than temperature of the air heated by the light source, toward the rotary shaft of the exhaust fan.
