    摘要: The present invention relates to a resistive-film type touch panel using a transparent conductive polymer film as a transparent electrode film. The touch panel includes a transparent resin sheet and a glass substrate having an ITO film formed thereon. After a solution having a transparent conductive polymer dispersed in a solvent is applied to the undersurface of the transparent resin sheet, the solution is heated and dried in order to form a transparent conductive polymer film. The ITO film and transparent conductive polymer film serve as transparent electrode films that are opposed to each other. When the transparent resin sheet is pressed, the films touch each other. Consequently, a change in resistance corresponding to the pressed position can be detected.

The magnetic spherical body and the permanent magnet are provided to oppose each other with a given distance therebetween in a vertical direction. The magnetic sensor is provided between the magnetic spherical body and the permanent magnet. An output is produced in accordance with the detection by the magnetic sensor.

The conductive coat of each electrode plate includes a detecting area adapted to detect a touch input and an inoperative area disposed adjacent to the detecting area, the inoperative area having a surface resistivity higher than a surface resistivity of the detecting area. A parallel electrode pair adapted to apply a voltage to the conductive coat is formed in the detecting area, and conductors connected to the parallel electrode pair are formed in the inoperative area. The inoperative area insulates the conductors from the detecting area.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a resistive-film-type touch panel with diodes, the touch panel being reduced in thickness, in the area for arranging the diodes, and in the height thereof. An insulating film having a predetermined thickness is formed around the resistive film which is transparent and mounted on a glass substrate facing a voltage detecting electrode film. A plurality of diodes DX1m, DX2m, DY1n and DY2n, each including a semiconductor layer produced by a screen printing or stamping printing, are disposed at a predetermined pitch and connected to first electrodes electrically connected to the transparent resistive film and second electrodes for supplying voltage. A voltage gradient is formed, in the X direction and Y direction, on the transparent resistive film when a voltage is applied to each of the diodes.
