Abstract: A readout integrated circuit configured to read out sensing signals from an optical sensing panel is provided. The optical sensing panel includes a sensor array for fingerprint sensing. The readout integrated circuit includes a plurality of input terminals, a first discharging circuit and a control circuit. The plurality of input terminals are configured to be coupled to a plurality of output terminals of the optical sensing panel. The first discharging circuit is coupled to one of the plurality of input terminals. The first discharging circuit is configured to discharge one of the plurality of output terminals of the optical sensing panel by a first current during a readout period. The readout integrated circuit reads out a voltage of the output terminal as a sensing signal. The control circuit is coupled to the first discharging circuit. The control circuit is configured to output at least one control signal to control an operating period of the first discharging circuit.

Abstract: A fingerprint and proximity sensing apparatus for fingerprint recognizing and proximity sensing is provided. The fingerprint and proximity sensing apparatus includes a display panel, a fingerprint sensor, and at least one proximity sensing light emitting diode. The fingerprint sensor has an optical sensing array. The optical sensing array is configured to receive a first light emitted from the display panel and a second light emitted from the at least one proximity sensing light emitting diode at different time periods. The first light and the second light have different ranges of wave length. A sensing process is also provided.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of finger touch authentication through a fingerprint sensor. The method includes obtaining a plurality of touch operations through the fingerprint sensor, detecting a pattern of the plurality of touch operations; comparing the pattern with a registered pattern to generate a comparison result, and authenticating the plurality of touch operations on the basis of the comparison result, wherein the pattern indicates at least one feature, and the fingerprint sensor is capable of authenticating a fingerprint of a user after or before the finger touch authentication.

Abstract: A fingerprint sensing apparatus having a large-area sensing mechanism is provided that includes at least three optical fingerprint sensing circuits and a processing circuit. Abstract: A fingerprint sensing method and a fingerprint sensing device are provided. The fingerprint sensing method includes the following steps. A first supply voltage is provided to power a fingerprint sensing circuit of the fingerprint sensing circuit. When the fingerprint sensing circuit is powered by the first supply voltage, it is detected whether a finger touch occurs. In response to determining that the finger touch has occurred, a second supply voltage is provided to power the fingerprint sensing device. A fingerprint image sensing is performed to obtain a fingerprint image when the fingerprint sensing circuit is powered by the second supply voltage.

Abstract: A pixel reading device, which includes a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a voltage generating circuit, and an analog front-end (AFE) circuit, is provided. A first terminal of the first capacitor is coupled to a fingerprint sensing pixel to receive a sensing voltage. A first terminal of the second capacitor is coupled to a second terminal of the first capacitor. The voltage generating circuit provide a compensation voltage to a second terminal of the second capacitor. During a sensing period of the fingerprint sensing pixel, the compensation voltage is at an initial level. During a level reading period of the fingerprint sensing pixel, the compensation voltage is pulled up from the initial level to a compensation level to compensate a common mode component of the sensing voltage. An input terminal of the AFE circuit is coupled to the second terminal of the first capacitor.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a fingerprint identification method, apparatus, and an electronic product. The method comprises: acquiring a touch signal of a finger to be identified on a display component; determining a touch zone; determining a fingerprint identification bright zone and a fingerprint identification dark zone on the display component based on the touch zone, wherein the fingerprint identification dark zone is close to and at least partially surrounds the fingerprint identification bright zone; and performing a fingerprint identification of the finger to be identified based on a bright zone fingerprint detection signal corresponding to the fingerprint identification bright zone and a dark zone fingerprint detection signal corresponding to the fingerprint identification dark zone. The interference during under-screen fingerprint identification can be effectively reduced and the accuracy of under-screen fingerprint identification can be improved through the fingerprint identification method of the present disclosure.

Abstract: A fingerprint sensing device that includes an analog-front-end (AFE) circuit, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a correction circuit is introduced. The AFE circuit generates an image signal, and the ADC converts the image signal to an output digital code. The correction circuit receives a plurality of first output digital codes that are generated by performing a plurality of first fingerprint sensing operations in a plurality of first exposure time periods. The correction circuit is further configured to calculate a second exposure time period for a second fingerprint sensing operation according to the first output digital codes and the first exposure time periods, wherein the fingerprint sensing device performs the second fingerprint operation in the second exposure time period to generate a second output digital code.
