    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to communications in a network that supports transmission of uplink control information (UCI) data are provided. A user equipment (UE) may determine that a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission in a time period overlaps with a configured grant resource. The PUCCH transmission may include first UCI including a first number of parts. The UE may determine whether to transmit only the first UCI in a PUCCH resource or to remove at least one part included in the first number of parts and transmit the remaining parts of the first UCI multiplexed with the CG-PUSCH and associated CG-UCI in the configured grant resource. The UE may transmit an uplink (UL) communication signal in accordance with the determination of whether to transmit the first UCI in the PUCCH resource or to remove at least one part included in the first number of parts.

A first wireless communication device communicates with a second wireless communication device, a first configuration indicating a plurality of bandwidth parts in a frequency band, the plurality of bandwidth parts based on an expected channel access pattern associated with a listen-before-talk (LBT) in the frequency band.     Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related user multiplexing with discrete Fourier transform (DFT) precoded frequency interlaces are provided. A first wireless communication device identifies a first block-spreading code from a set of block-spreading codes associated with user multiplexing. The first wireless communication device communicates, with a second wireless communication device using a frequency interlace in a frequency spectrum, a first communication signal including a first block of information symbols spread across a set of resource blocks (RBs) within the frequency interlace based on the first block-spreading code. The first communication signal is generated by block-spreading the first block of information symbols based on the first block-spreading code to produce a first block of spread information symbols, performing a DFT on the first block of spread information symbols, and mapping the first block of spread information symbols to the set of RBs.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration that indicates a number of bits to be used in an indication of at least one of a listen-before-talk (LBT) category or a channel access priority class to be used for uplink communications. The UE may receive the indication of at least one of the LBT category or the channel access priority class to be used for a transmission starting point associated with one or more uplink communications, wherein the indication includes the number of bits indicated in the configuration.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for determining whether a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) is to be transmitted, and a configuration for transmission of the CSI-RS on a wideband based on an outcome of a listen-before-talk (LBT) operation in multiple sub-bands of the wideband. In one aspect, a base station may transmit sub-band usage information indicating sub-band availability before the CSI-RS, thereby allowing a user equipment (UE) to determine whether the CSI-RS will be transmitted and, if so, on which sub-bands the CSI-RS will be transmitted. Furthermore, rate matching configurations are provided based on whether sub-band usage has been received, based on which sub-bands are available. Still further, power configurations and resource element selection criteria are provided for wideband CSI-RS and CSI feedback.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for a user equipment (UE), operating in a shared spectrum in a connected state or an idle state, to receive a channel occupancy time structure information (COT-SI) which includes one or more of a COT duration, a COT end symbol, and a COT pause indication, in addition to slot format indication for one or more slots. Some aspects described herein define a hierarchical approach to COT structure information (COT-SI) signaling. For example, a UE may be configured with a set of short COT tables using remaining minimum system information (RMSI) signaling and may receive concatenation of COT-SI signaling identifying index values in a control channel corresponding to one or more of the set of COT tables. Based on receiving COT-SI signaling, the UE may communicate in accordance with an occurrence of a COT.
