Abstract: A heat source device comprising: a combustion chamber (2) provided between a burner (31) and a heat exchanger (1); an inlet pipe (20) for allowing a fluid to be heated to flow in the heat exchanger (1); an outlet pipe (21) for allowing the fluid to be heated to flow out from the heat exchanger (1); and a winding pipe (27) wound around an outer surface of a peripheral wall of the combustion chamber (2), wherein either the inlet pipe (20) or the outlet pipe (21) has an orifice (91) for throttling a fluid flow path of the fluid to be heated flowing in the inlet pipe (20) or the outlet pipe (21).

Abstract: A fixing plate for the thermal insulation material is attached to the combustion plate flange part. Provided that a direction leaving away from the air-fuel mixture ejection part of the combustion plate is defined as an outward side direction, there are disposed: on the side edge in the outward side direction of the fixing plate, bent edge parts, which come into contact with the side edge in the outward side direction of the thermal insulation materials; and a plurality of tongue-shaped pressing claws which are elongated from the bent edge part so as to press and prevent the thermal insulation materials from getting released away from the fixing plate.

Abstract: In a heat source apparatus in which an electric component having an electrode and an insulator is mounted on a side plate of a combustion box, in a state in which a packing is interposed between a flange portion of the insulator and the side plate, by fastening a clamp which overlaps with an outer surface of the flange portion, to the side plate, the temperature rise in the clamp is restrained.Upper and lower water tubes constituting a part of a water jacket are disposed on the side plate on upper and lower sides of the position of mounting the electrode component. In case the upper and lower water tubes are disposed on an inside surface of the side plate, the upper and lower parts of the clamp are brought into contact with those disposed positions of the water tubes which are in upper and lower portions of the side plate and, in case the upper and lower water tubes are disposed on an outside of the side plate, the upper and lower parts of the clamp are brought into contact with the upper and lower water tubes.

Abstract: A rich-lean burner has on an upper end portion thereof: a lean flame port longitudinally extended to eject a lean fuel-air mixture which is leaner in fuel concentration than a theoretical fuel-air ratio; a blind clearance located on each lateral side of the lean flame port, the blind clearance being free from ejection of a fuel-air mixture; and a rich flame port located on lateral outside of each of the blind clearances to eject a rich fuel-air mixture which is richer in fuel concentration than the theoretical fuel-air ratio. The rich-lean burner further has a lean-flame deforming device to deform a lean flame formed by combustion of the lean fuel-air mixture ejected from the lean flame port such that the shape of one lateral side of the lean flame becomes asymmetrical with the shape of laterally opposite side of the lean flame.
