摘要: A wall-arranged giant ring-shaped direct-current pulverized coal burner includes burner nozzles arranged on four side furnace walls of a boiler. The burner nozzles on the four side furnace walls form a wall-tangential combustion mode in the furnace, and the burner nozzles on each side furnace wall are arranged in a ring by a plurality of small nozzles to form a giant ring-shaped combined nozzle. There is a plurality of small nozzles arranged in a ring on each side furnace wall to form a giant ring-shaped combined nozzle. The giant ring-shaped combined nozzles on the four side furnace walls may form a wall- tangential combustion mode in the furnace. Through the mutual entrainments of the multiple airflows in the giant ring-shaped combined nozzle and the mutual support of the fireside and back-fire-side airflows, the stiffness of each airflow may be effectively enhanced.

The controller includes a housing defining a diaphragm chamber, a pilot valve operable to open and close a first fluid flow path between a gas supply inlet of the gas flow controller and the diaphragm chamber, and a main burner valve operable to open and close a second fluid flow path between the gas supply inlet and the main burner. The main burner valve includes a diaphragm that is disposed within the diaphragm chamber and includes a central portion and an annular outer portion. The outer portion is configured to deflect into engagement with the housing to close a third fluid flow path in response to an over-pressure condition at the gas supply inlet.

摘要: A heating control system including an air circulation fan, a heating unit, a memory, and a microprocessor. The microprocessor is configured to operate the air circulation fan at a first speed and the heating unit in a first configuration to achieve a first temperature rise where less than all of the burners are active. The microprocessor is further configured to compare the first temperature rise to a first temperature rise threshold and transition the air circulation fan to a second speed to achieve a second temperature rise when the first temperature rise is less than the first temperature rise threshold. The microprocessor is further configured to compare the second temperature rise to a second temperature rise threshold and transition the air circulation fan to a third speed when the second temperature rise is greater than the second temperature rise threshold.

摘要: A low NOx combustion method includes steps of injecting reactants into a combustion chamber. A primary reactant stream, including fuel and combustion air premix, is injected from a premix burner port into the combustion chamber. A staged fuel stream is injected into the combustion chamber from a staged fuel injector port adjacent to the premix burner port. A stream of recirculated flue gas is injected into the combustion chamber from a flue gas injector port that is adjacent to the premix burner port and adjacent to the staged fuel injector port. In this manner, the stream of recirculated flue gas is injected into the combustion chamber unmixed with the primary reactant stream and unmixed with the staged fuel stream.
