    摘要: Power delivery systems and methods for delivering power from a vehicle to a vehicle door. The system includes a supporting device having a first portion fixedly mounted to a main frame and a second portion attached to a door. The second portion being movable about a hinge axis portion that connects the first portion to the second portion. An energy transmitting source is connected to a power frequency generator. The power frequency generator is connected to a power source and configured to couple an oscillating signal to the energy transmitting source. The energy transmitting source is mounted on the hinge axis portion of the supporting device. An energy receiving device is magnetically coupled to the energy transmitting source to receive a power signal from the energy transmitting source. The energy receiving device is mounted on the second portion of the supporting device at a fixed distance from the energy transmitting source. The energy receiving device receives the power signal from the energy transmitting source to deliver the power signal to powered components associated with the door. The power delivery is uninterrupted during opening and closing of the door.

    摘要: The present invention represents a unique methodology for evaluating subsystem technology in a system-of-subsystems environment. According to typical inventive practice, the technology to be evaluated and the requirements for effecting the technology are defined, the requirements relating to both a subsystem encompassing the technology and a system overarching the subsystem. The technology and the requirements are modeled, the modeling including establishing plural submodels of the subsystem wherein the submodels are considered as characterized by plural linkages between them and as constituting a model of the overarching system. Sensitivity analysis and trade space exploration are performed, the performance including determination of plural design variables of the submodels, plural relationships between the design variables, and respective sensitivities of response variables to the design variables. Optimal designs of the technology are found, the finding including comparing relative optimizations of the optimal designs. Some inventive embodiments are iterative in furtherance of design optimization.

Multiple variation data providers may be used in conjunction with an adapter layer that coordinates the iteration of each variation data provider and creates an aggregated variation over multiple varying parameters of different scope.

The foamed hot melt adhesive may be formulated by aerating the hot foam with a gas, which may be an inert gas, such as nitrogen. Benefits of the invention include centering a door insert panel and allowing room for the panel to expand and contract with changes in moisture content of the panel.

Being able to examine the status of the environment existing upon the occurrence of the failure, including the condition of various processes and values facilitates resolution of the cause of the failure. Upon occurrence of a failure during the execution of a first software program in a first computing environment, execution of the first software program breaks. A first state of the first computing environment existing upon the breaking in execution of the first software program is then held. A failure notification is generated to signal the failure to a monitoring system. The monitoring system accesses hold information to determine whether the first computing environment should hold its current state and whether one or more other computing environments interacting with the first computing environment should also hold their states.

    摘要: A computer method of creating a super-resolved grayscale image from lower-resolution images using an L1 norm data fidelity penalty term to enforce similarities between low and a high-resolution image estimates is provided. A spatial penalty term encourages sharp edges in the high-resolution image, the data fidelity penalty term is applied to space invariant point spread function, translational, affine, projective and dense motion models including fusing the lower-resolution images, to estimate a blurred higher-resolution image and then a deblurred image. The data fidelity penalty term uses the L1 norm in a likelihood fidelity term for motion estimation errors. The spatial penalty term uses bilateral-TV regularization with an image having horizontal and vertical pixel-shift terms, and a scalar weight between 0 and 1. The penalty terms create an overall cost function having steepest descent optimization applied for minimization. Direct image operator effects replace matrices for speed and efficiency.
