The terminal device includes: a receiving unit which receives an RRC connection reconfiguration message from the base station device; and a processing unit, wherein, when information for indicating that full configuration is applied is included in the RRC connection reconfiguration message, on the basis of the terminal device performing an E-UTRA/5GC or NGEN-DC, performs an RLC entity re-establishment, an NR PDCP entity release, an RLC entity release, a logical channel release, and a DRB identifier on a DRB which corresponds to each DRB identifier set by the terminal device release, and performs an SDAP entity notification, which corresponds to the DRB, of a release of the DRB.

In a radio communication system, an object is to efficiently provide, by a base station apparatus and a terminal apparatus, a terminal apparatus, a base station apparatus, a communication method, and an integrated circuit. Included in the terminal apparatus are a transmitter configured to transmit a sounding reference signal and a receiver configured to receive a higher layer configuration applied to transmit power control. A configuration is made from a higher layer to estimate downlink path loss used for the transmit power control applied to the transmission of the sounding reference signal by using a downlink reference signal of an activated BWP. In a case that a specific reference signal is not configured for the downlink reference signal, a reference signal of a synchronization signal block identified through a random access procedure is applied.

A terminal apparatus includes: a reception unit configured to receive a first DCI format scrambled by TC-RNTI in a search space set; and a control unit configured to identify resource allocation of a PUSCH based on a second field indicating frequency domain resource assignment included in the first DCI format, wherein bits of a first field indicating frequency resource assignment indicated by a first UL grant included in an RAR message are truncated from a least significant bit and/or a most significant bit is inserted into the bits, based on the number of first resource blocks indicating a bandwidth of a first UL BWP, a size of the second field is derived from a bandwidth of an initial UL BWP, and the control unit identifies, based on a value of RIV indicated by the second field, resource block allocation of the PUSCH in a frequency direction, the resource block allocation being applied to the first UL BWP.
