    摘要: A spring operation device for use in a switchgear includes an interlock bar, attached at its one end to a lock plate and includes a switch-on electromagnet that has a plunger provided with a flange portion. The lock plate is pushed by a lock member that is attached to a four-joint link and the position of the lock plate is changed by being rotated. During an opening operation of a switching contact, the other end of the interlock bar is arranged above the flange portion to stop the forward movement of the plunger of the switch-on electromagnet so as to prevent a switch-on trigger from rotating. During a closing operation of the switching contact, the other end of the interlock bar is arranged at a position that does not stop the plunger of the switch-on electromagnet from moving forward so that the switch-on trigger is allowed to rotate.

The first arc-extinguishing chamber and the second arc-extinguishing chamber are connected to the connection unit in such a manner that shaft lines of the arc-extinguishing chambers form an angle of substantially 90 degrees.     摘要: A power switching apparatus includes a breaker unit, an operating unit, a measuring unit, and a controlling unit. The breaker unit is connected on a three-phase current line, and includes switches each corresponding to one of phases of the three-phase current line. The operating unit simultaneously turns on or off the switches. The measuring unit measures a current flowing in each phase, and determines a time point where current flowing in one of the phases becomes zero as a reference time point. The controlling unit controls, when interrupting load current, the operating unit to turn off the switches in a range from 20 degrees to 40 degrees of an electric angle from the reference time point.
