Abstract: A touch sensor includes a first area and a second area; first electrode units comprising a plurality of first touch electrodes arranged in a first direction and electrically connected to one another and located in the first area; second electrode units comprising a plurality of second touch electrodes arranged in a second direction and electrically connected to one another and located in the first area; and a first electrode pattern comprising a first portion located in the first area and electrically connected to one of the first electrode units that is adjacent thereto, and a second portion extended from the first portion to the second area, wherein a width of the first electrode pattern in the first direction is less than a width of the first touch electrodes in the first direction and is greater than half the width of the first touch electrodes.

Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel having a display area and a non-display area at least partially disposed around the display area; and a touch sensor disposed on the display panel and including a touch sensor area in the display area and a touch peripheral area in the non-display area adjacent to the touch sensor area, wherein the touch sensor includes: a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode; a first touch pad and a second touch pad being adjacent to each other in a first direction; a second touch pad disposed in a touch pad area of the touch peripheral area; a first touch signal line electrically connecting the first touch electrode with the first touch pad, the first touch signal line including a first line portion extended in the first direction and a second line portion extended in a second direction; a second touch signal line electrically connecting the second touch electrode with the second touch pad; a first dummy line extended in the first direction and spaced apart from the first and second touch signal lines; and a second dummy line extended in the first direction and spaced apart from the first and second touch signal lines.

Abstract: A touch sensor includes a base layer including a first to third sensing region and a non-sensing region surrounding the first to third sensing region; a plurality of touch electrode rows provided in the first to third sensing regions and including a plurality of first touch electrodes connected in a first direction; and a plurality of touch electrode columns including a plurality of second touch electrodes connected in a second direction crossing the first direction. At least one of the first to third sensing regions has an area larger than that of other sensing regions. The non-sensing region includes an additional non-sensing region disposed between the second sensing region and the third sensing region and a bridge line provided in the additional non-sensing region and electrically connecting the first touch electrodes of the second sensing region to the first touch electrodes of the third sensing region.

Abstract: A touch sensor includes a base layer, electrode units, and loop-shaped first lines. The electrode units are disposed on the base layer. The electrode units are arranged in a first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction. The loop-shaped first lines are in a same layer as the electrode units. The loop-shaped first lines are disposed between some of the electrode units, which are adjacent in the second direction. The loop-shaped first lines include resistance lines extending in the first direction and connection lines extending in the second direction. Some of the resistance lines, which are adjacent in the second direction, are connected by a connection line among the connection lines. The connection lines are spaced apart from each other in the first direction.
